Ok @Duggan I want you to know my grow roo. Is my wife's walking closet. I've taken 3 additional feet off the size of our bedroom to create a 3x13 ft clone/seedling/veg rooms. My bedroom was 20x21 so the 3 feet we lost wasn't that big of deal. But unless I can get those totes into my 3x13 area it's a non starter. I know she wont let me keep those totes sitting around in our bedroom. Wife wants it all out of site. How fast is the shipping on docs stuff

Home Depot has 55 gallon HDX Tough Totes that measure 48x21x21 and it will hold a whole bale of PM.

@Duggan lol its all for her. I may take a couple of hits on the average of once a month. She deals with a lot of pain and anxiety. Help me get this grow to finish properly and I'll order the kit today. Like I said I was sold on the kit six months ago. I've read some of your journals. Let's get me thru this. It took this long to get everything built. Our first grow was with my sons 4x8x7 tent set up in our bedroom. With the grandkids asking many questions. So we are stealth now and I'm ready for the kit. What say you.

Just a few lyrics to start off this update.

FLOWER DAY

So much has happened in the last couple of weeks. As.it turns out I'm not very good at doing journals. Have a hard time getting good pictures of the girls as I normally work seven days a week. I'm at work when lights go on and I'm sleeping when the light go out. Dont like disturbing my girls when they are sleeping. So sorry about the pictures. The last update was about the continued troubles I've been having that shows its ugly head half way through flower and then continues the rest of the grow. GREAT NEWS....... Thanks to @Emilya, @Duggan, and @beez0404, the problem has been eliminated. It was my lack of paying attention to details. I tested my water coming out of my tap and it had a PH of 8.8. I never checked or adjusted my water. I have gone to distilled water. That is all fixed

now and my girls really appreciate it. Duggan has led me to doc buds high brix growing method so I've pulled the trigger and bought the bulk kit... next grow will be with the kit. On to this grow. As I stated in the beginning of this journal I wanted to compare AN and megacrop side by side. I have three crown royale photos from crop king that were my test subjects. As of right now the megacrop plant is the biggest and fullest plant and seems to be winning. We'll see how they all finish out in about four weeks.
I have also moved one of my "THE NEW" plants into the flower room. She's been getting athe colodial silver treatment on two of her branches as I'm trying for the first time to make pollen. My plans are to pollinate the other plants I have in veg that will be going into the flower room when the girls in there are done. Going to pollinate "THE NEW", alaskan purple, and strawberry kush. If I'm successful in making pollen. Yesterday I took two clones of both "THE NEW" and strawberry kush. They are all in there containers. I planted 4 gg#4 reg photos, one pineapple crunch feminized. Today I will plant two Bruce Banner fem seeds as they weren't ready for the soil yesterday. Started all of them out with 2g of megacrop per gal. Here's a few pictures. Flower pics are purple. Sorry. Have to mix up my first batch of doc buds kit when I get home today.

Well been twelve days since I last gave a report on my grow. Things are progressing right on schedule and I'm looking forward to the chop chop in the first week of March. Replaced my kind k3 XL600 with a kind XL1000. The six hundred just didnt have the flower footprint that the space called for. I actually bought two kind XL1000's. Got a really great price on them. I will hook that one up in a few weeks once this round is done. I've got the eight girls in veg that are just dying to get into the flower room. I mean they asked me what the holdup was. They said come on we're ready to rock and roll. So I'm looking forward to getting them in there. I once again dont have any pictures of the girls in veg. Managed to get some pictures in the flower room.

This one on the fro t is my strawberry kush clone. She smells so good and sweet.

Theses are two of my four crown royale grown with seeds from crop king. Boy the smell is strong and the flowers are sticky.

As a side note I had to start super cropping the girls in veg to try to keep them short. I would flip them now if I had room in the flower room.

Looking at yours it strikes me how different the same plant can look for a different grower. Of the two I had going first time, one tabled without me having to tip it, which for my scrog style of growing worked great, the other one was tipped twice and also flattened out impressively. Here's a shot of the Crown I just canned, she was grown from a mothered clone so kinda had a head start in veg for 6 weeks, then flowered for 8 and 1/2. Yielded 355 grams. Have another clone in stasis till Sept as I just can't give her up!

Those look great... I had a lot of problems up until the last four weeks of flower. So I think final product and trailer suffered. Would have loved to have my plants look like yours. Good thing is with the help of duggan, and emilya we got down to the root cause of my growing problem. So for now on maybe just maybe I can create a room full of colas like you.

I think you will do just fine! From reading it sounds like ph was your issue? I have been using RO water, but I am switching to municipal to try to reduce costs, a $100 a plant a run for water! A nearby cities water test out at 300 ppm so I think it will work for me, my farm well water is at 1000 ppm so its just not usable. Now I just need a 200 gallon tank to put in my garage! I found I wasted my money on a expensive ph pens, the dye style is more reliable, and way cheaper. I have two pens and they never agree and constantly need calibration. Now I never use them and they also don't work in RO or distilled anyway, but the ph dye test will.

Sorry but no. That journal would have been completed if I had kept up with it. This growing that I'm doing now is a new system I have. Once I get everything dialed in and the process down I may start another journal. But with five different stages from start to finish it keeps me busy. On top of that I've jumped into docs high brix kit of growing. So I'm transitioning from my old system to docs system right now. Once I'm just using docs kit things should get more on track. Its a labor of love and its my passion.

Lol. You are exactly right it was my water and the ph. I now have an ro system in my house so now I don't worry about ph. And for sure my hand help ph tester was a pain is the .....
