its good in a pinch. but I can make a sauce that would stomp that hands down and not just for heat:) its a killer jerk sauce that my buds said when they went to Jamaica it tasted better then that:)easy recipie too:)

Hi Jimmy. I amazed you have not stopped by my second grow. How have you been brother?

Been busy past few weeks. Right now got a lot of buds to trim n stuff as well and its just me working that, my real jobs, did some trimming for a friend also was playing a bit of poker.

Check it soon I shall though :).
 
Hmmmm.... I may want that recipe

this will make about 2 quarts of sauce
heres what you need
1lb of carrots
1whole head of garlic
1/4cup of surgar
1Tbs salt
1quart of white vinager
and a bunch of peppers your choice( I like habeneros a dozen should be ok)
1Tbs onion powder
boil the carrots till soft save the water you boiled with but drain the carrots and cool
peal the garlic and add those with the pepper to a blender. I only take the stems of the peppers off, but you may want to take the ribs and seeds out depending on how hot you like.
you may need to split everything up pending on the size of your blender.
blend till smooth add the vinager, salt and onion powder and surgar. blend that up.
mash the carrots up and add that.
then add the water you cooked the carrots in till you get the thickness you are happy with. I like my sauce to be like thin mustard
jar it up and put in the fridge or can it propper. if you just put it in the fridge it will last about 6 months.
like that will happen:) makes some awsome jerk chicken on the grill same with pork roast and makes a good mix with BBQ sauce:)
