My 1st Medical Grow - Thanks To NukeHeads

Looks fem to me.. I'd recommend going through the plants and pulling all the dead or dying leaves off. Atleast the ones that slide right off

Ok. I been scared to pull ANYTHING off dead or not. Because I just know my luck an fear I would hurt the plant.
Bro I could fuck up a wet dream. So I'm not looking to hurt the girls. I'm going to pull the dead ones off now.
I seen one journal that someone was removing all the fan leafs even good ones. I don't have the balls to do that though. Lol
 
It's a girl!!!! White pistils means female, which I thought originally but you threw a pic of a male in with the other NukeHead pics and it threw me off. Congrats you have sisters! Def pull off the dead shit it is useless and you won't harm her, just look what I've done to my NukeHead in veg lmao

Yeah dead growth does more harm than good... I defoliate a bit in veg but most of my defoliation I do at flip. Once when I flip then I go back a week or so later and do another defoliation then after that I just pick one off here or there if I don't like where its positioned. Doesn't really hurt anything as long as you don't overdo it. So yeah anything that'll pull off without force needs to go as it's dead and just going to help create stagnant spots in the canopy.

Oh yeah!!! I knew nuke heads wouldn't give me males for nukes. That Orange cream was a freebie. So life is good and it was just a learning experience. I'm just wondering how many grams I will get from the nuke. I'm still wondering about her.
 
That light has great potential once you're all dialed in. Hypothetically if you achieved a little under a gram per actual watt, you'll have 6-8 zips easily. That light is a beast! Just worry about keeping your girl healthy and she'll reward you with a nice harvest. Too bad about the OC, but you're still in great shape. Try to eat less drywall dust . too chalky! If you run into a male from the fem EmDog beans please let me know. It would mean I mixed up my S1s with my regular EmDog x ATF beans. I only found a couple on the cola I thought I hit with that pollen, but I've done dumber things so nothing surprises me any more!

Just a dumb question. Couldn't I of used the make oc to pollinate a branch of the nuke or atf? And then I would of had orange nuke seeds or even an orange atf? I'm just wondering if that is how it works? Then I would of had seeds only on the branch that I brushed the males pollen on? Or would the whole plant turn into a male? This is confusing but very interesting. Pennywise was talking about mixing two strains and I wanted to know if it was that easy? Move male plant to other side of room and hook up the other lights on timer and just block it off with a sheet until the balls made pollen then put in a zip lock bag and use a painting brush to brush on pollen where I wanted it?

Then I could of sent everyone Orange atf or orange nuke seeds? I was thinking that since everyone been so nice to me. Maybe next grow?
 
Hey one grow under your belt first because pollinating opens a few doors and it could also turn your female plants into female plants that have a ton of seeds in them. Get the meds and we can tackle that on the next one if you get a male. It sucks you lost the male pollen but yes the process you described is absolutely the way you should do it! Your plant won't turn into a male if pollinated, it'll make seeds.

The Orange Cream seeds they sent out are Regulars Jay. They sent me 3 or 4 orange creams and they had little "R" on top of the vials. All the Nukehead strain seeds had "F" on their vials. Your Nukehead should be good buddy. Sorry to hear about the Orange Cream
 
I need to warn you about the size that the ATF plant gets during flower brother. She will get big and likely you will need something to help keep your colas supported. They will flop over on you easily. I would start working on getting some plant yo-yos or a roll of string to tie them up when the buds start stacking. The ATF is about a 70-75 day flower strain. And Jay, I have plenty more of those ATF seeds brother so no worries about the future grows. We will keep you going brother.

Thanks bro!! I can't wait to see when buds start to form. That atf is becoming a monster! It's scary at the size how it towers over the nuke lol
I will plan out something to use when buds start forming. I have a crap load of chopsticks and also bread ties that I was going to tape together to help support. Right now I'm noticing that the stems are all becoming quite larger.

If you are curious about the ATF strain Jay, this link provides what I feel is the most accurate description of the strain. The only thing it doesn't mention is the airy nature of their buds, which is made up for by the size of the plant and yield (as you are seeing yourself with how big she is getting).

Nuke head !

This is 100% female. Van - they did not mark the tops of mine with an r or f.
The little vials just say their names on it. Either way. I just know this is a female! I'm seeing more and more white hairs as the hours go on.

My only concern is that I think I started the 12-12 too soon since she was still small. So I'm guessing my yield won't be as great - but whatever happens - at least I know it is my first grow and I won't be making the same mistakes again!

This is my Kim Jong nuke since it is smaller than our nukes.

Hey jay. Just for fun maybe take some of the under growth that isnt gonna see much light and pluck em off. Mah pluckahs will give the main colas all the energy so it can focus on big buds only.

Wow! I'm not gay bro. But I love you for everything you did for me. I just read it. The part I love the most is it helps with mental conditions. PTSD, depression and anxiety. That's all me! I need that high cbd as my doc said. Not only for my mind but also for my seizures.

This is great to know! I'm thrilled. Bummer that it's Gonna take all this time though. Wish I didn't kill those autos. But next time I get my hand on an auto. I will now know what I'm doing!

I want this grow under my belt already because there is soooo much I now know that I beat myself up for doing in the beginning. Hopefully no seizures during next grow. That fucked me bad with the autos. Dam seiZures didn't know I had more important growing things to do rather then piss and shit myself and shake on the floor looking like I'm doing the Harlem Shake -The smelly version!
