My 1st grow

They did get a lil bit light in their sleep cycle b/c I had to move them around to rearange my grow room. I had a regular light on plus when I took them out the room I put them in had light on a 16 watt cfl on the ceiling. Over the past 3 days they might have recieved 2hours of lght in the sleep cycle. It's easier to get my room picked up and arranged during the day. My lights are set to turn on about 9:30- 10 PM. I run my light at night time to help maintain a warm temp in there. My Lady is the only one this is happening so far. I guess I have to blame myself, you dumb stupid Sh*t, and kick myself in the azz...

I pulled off another ball this morning. Thanks MH for that info..

I would bet that the plants are true hermies and if I were you I would get them out of the grow. The last thing you want is a bunch of seeds that could produce more hermies. Its just too much work and way too disappointing to find them in your grow after all that hard work. Unless of course you are sure that the stress you put on the plant caused them to hermie. Just my opinion so take that with a grain of salt or bong hit, your choice. Anyway great job and great catch. Keep up the great work....

Yeah, I guess any light stronger than full moonlight has a chance to make the ladies go Mister/Sister unless it is like one of those green led flashlights they use for messing around in your grow room during dark cycle.

Well we all have our struggles, my soil on 5 of my babies are unhappy......of course I had to buy Ocean Forest to finish my last transplant and guess which plant is happy.......live and learn, ocean forest for me from now on for soil grows.

Good luck with remaining ladies.

BTW I agree with sonzor completely, not worth the risk.

But you should avoid light leaks like the plague.

Be kind to yourself - we all have been there - first grows are notorious for getting tweaked throughout!

I'm not tweaked out just a little disapointed in myself.. Live and Learn,

Thanks sonzor for ur help bro, it'll come down 2day. I'm not really sure she might be true a hermie though. Wish I had a seperate grow space to finish her out. Her baby buds look great and smell sso good. It is what it is.

I dont have light leaks , I had to turn the light on the ceiling so I could see in there. Not my grow light.
Thanks for ur comment and best of luck on ur grow MH.

So I took down and harvested what little baby buds My Lady had. I hated to do it but I did not want to risk my garden getting pollenated by her/him. I did take a couple photos to show with every1 though.

The 1st photo is of her roots: from the looks of it she had a long way to go b4 she was rootbound. So that is a very good for me b/c she was my tallest plant coming in a 27 and 1/2 inches. I know my other ladies have more that enough space to grow..

The next photo is her very premature buds: I cant wait for them to dry out, they will dry out faster being cut off the branches. So that is what I did. I'll post a premature smoke report when they are dry. I might get a blunt or two at the most. R.I.P My Lady and I hope to :rollit: sooner than later..

Thanks for stopping by every1.

I think you made a good decision as hard as it was. Enjoy the buds I hope they give back some nice smoke...

I think so to, at least now my other ladies got more room to grow. While I was in there, I did another supercrop on Sweetness, now she is about level in height. Wow by removing just one plant it looks bare in there, but will fill up soon with just main colas and sticky green buds!!:cheertwo::smokin2::slide:

Thanks for all of ur help!!

Looking forward to seeing updated pictures....wish I could show you my ladies, my happy queen (who stinks like I soak her in diesel fuel) in all her glory surrounded by her slightly unhappy crew, all are starting to pack on bud (like my optomism here? ;)), they are only 3 weeks into 12/12 today so packing on bud is a relative term . My poor little midget Indica...only 18 inches still but it looks like she might be solid bud from the split on up by the time she finishes....assuming I can keep my unhappy crew from croaking before they finish.

Im not sure if anyone mentioned this (I didnt have time to go through ALLL the posts, haha) But I find it much easier if you transplant only one time. That way you only disrupt the root system once... and that way the plant has more time to grow! Look forward to hearing more about how your new grows go. Im having much fun with my own!

It was mostly all buds with just a few balls and those were removed.

Thanks PA

it had to be done and it is what it is
best of luck on the rest
this was just a random occurrence no need to beat yourself up for it
but you moved on and seems you have some early bud to test out

Yes sir I do, and I did not beat myself up.. It is what it is I love that saying b/c it's so true.

:welcome: West MI guy to 420,
I usally do just transplant just once from the little pots into their new home. My new grow is on my DIY grow box journal. Best of luck with ur grow.. Thanks for stopping by bro and leaving a comment.

Hey Mi too bad about the balls, but we all screw up along the way at times. If you have to move your plants in lights on conditions you might try double bagging them in dark trash bags. Maybe not perfect but if you minimize the exposure you might cruise through without hassle.
You got some early smoke, it ain't all bad.

Thanks for that helpful info Mmmmick. Nope it not all bad unless all my ladies are hermies. I am afraid of that b/c all those seeds came from the same bag of herb, if you know what I mean. Please Budda God dont give me all Hermies....

Day 24 of 12/12

So as you already read I had to remove My Lady,it was sad but had to be done. I am kinda scared now because all of my plants were grown from the same batch of seeds. If it does turn out that I have all hermies I plan on letting them grow out to maturity. Screw it what is the worst that can happen I get a bunch of buds that has seeds in em. It will still be better than this b/s on the street. I will keep a very close eye on them and continue to pray. When one good thing happens you know something bad's gonna happen as well. Things were going way to good there for a minute. Oh well enough of me rambling on.. Here is a photo update

The 1st shot is of all 3 ladies:

She need a couple more spots supercropped and I will get to that 2morrow.

Any advice would be welcome...

Ahhh, I was gonna call my happy one Whitney cuz she is growing like she is on crack......:grinjoint:

Bad taste?

Ladies are looking good there Michigan.

Hey one quick question, is it good to supercrop during budding? What does it do for the plant?
