Im going to do a run of dry ice hash with pineapple. I had planned on saving the trim from all the plants and just doing one big run, but thats out of the picture right now.
I'll take tons of photos and do a proper walkthrough as well for anyone interested.

I seen somebody that had got one of them little panda washing machines ....i guess it was for making the hash, but that isnt necessary is it?

It's a make life easier option. I've got issues with my hands & arms so stirring a bucket for half an hour could mean weeks of pain so I plan on getting one & the bags.

its more potent than most wax, but high end stuff like shatter will out perform it. That being said, outstanding shatter is pretty pricey.

I want to be able to make the best stuff i can for the cheapest materials needed and without having to worry about safety issues.....when i attempted to make the concentrate oil i felt very uneasy aobut cooking off the everclear....even with good ventilation just gave me a very uneasy feeling.....so if i can make some kick arse ice hash without all worries then i will give it a go

The safest is the bubble bags/ice water,
followed by dry ice (only dangerous if you touch it with your bareskin)
butter making
then co2 extraction
alcohol methods (various)
and finally BHO
Dry ice is the least labor intensive, and its yield and quality is dependent on the screen you choose.
Bubble bags are quite a work out especially if you don't have a mixer/drill, but yield very well and have multiple "settings" so to speak for quality.
The washing machines are quite pricey, but take 90% of the work out of the equation and yield top notch hash.
BHO can yield outstanding quality and strength concentrates provided you're using top quality butane and top quality plant matter, but are very dangerous to those inexperienced.
You can safely do all of these methods and get outstanding end results, it depends on what you personally prefer work/cost/health/quality wise.
But if you're interested in your own concentrates and want to find out more about doing it safely, check out supercritical co2 extraction.
