It's looks like it's time to transplant into a larger pot. I just water them yeaterday. Would you transplant when the soil is moist or dry out some? Hope everyone is having nice weekend.

This is a picture a few days earlier. I wanted to show the plastic bags, I'm using for veg. I like using these bags because when it is time to transplant, all I got to do is cut down two side and peel it down, pick the plant up and place in another pot, the roots don't get much stress that way.

Do you break the root ball up? It’s common practice to massage the root ball, getting it broke up from the mold their in, gives them a better chance of expanding out and looking for new ground. Doing so, you won’t stress the plant out all that much doing so, and the plant bounces back faster then if you wouldn’t of. Just from one grower to the next! :thumb:

Don't forget to enter the Mars Hydro contest! They are giving away one or more grow lights. The link will be in my signature block until the contest closes. You can enter up to three times. We can always use another light, and free is better than any price. :goodluck:

I'm entering to boost the post count for more winners. I've asked SmokeSara to skip my entries when awarding the prizes.

:thumb: Old Salt, I enter once. I'll enter again tomorrow. I could use a Mars Hydro light. Thanks for the luck. I sure hope it works.

I thought it would do harm if I broke up the roots. Thank you for the tip.

Sat. morning. :slide:

@SmokeSara, I'm afraid, I really over dry out my babies. And, I don't know if that's the cause of my lower leaves turning yellow, or do they need to eat? And, if they do need to eat, do, I feed every time I add water or just a one time water. Like I give 3 oz's. Then wait and wait, then I give it another 3 oz's and, so, on until it flows out the bottom. Well, do I water with food each time, I give water? Or, just once? I hope you can understand what I'm trying to say.

Mega Crop is relatively new to the market. Welcome to the club that's learning to use it.

How much are you currently adding to each gallon of water? It looks like your plants can use more. Are you in a feed/water/feed/water/... regimen, or are you feeding every time?

Your plants will pull through. Several of us have your back to make it so.

Hi Old Salt, I have not feed them at all yet. Feed/water/feed/water, that is a good ?. I was going to feed/feed every time, but, I don't won't to over feed. I will be using Mega Crop, to start 1/8th to a gal.:nomo:

It depends on how strong you mix it. I'd give them 4gm/gallon to start, and give them a few days to see how they respond. I'm not sure what the 1/8 per gallon means.

The yellowing of the lower leaves is usually a lack of light down there, or a nitrogen deficiency. I think it's nitrogen, but feeding them will tell. If the yellowing stays as is, it will have been nitrogen.

That would be 1/8th gm to 1 gal of water. NS & BB are 36 days. I'm going to feed them.

Hi Bean,. it should not be the light burn, because if it is the light burn, the leaves will be yellow from the upside ones. not the down side ones. :slide:
Here is a nutrients deficiency chart, you might find it helpful. :)
