Day 47:

Canopy seems happy. In order to keep the humidity down I've been setting my temperature controller to maintain a lower temperature in order to keep the 8" air extractor cycling more often. This also means the tent is getting more fresh c02. Ppm's have been lowered to 600@.5 (1200μS) progressively throughout week 6. Once 600ppms was hit the plants started to drink twice as much per day and daily growth was noticable. Maybe this is the "less is more" thing I've read coming from alot of you vets. The pistils are mostly white still and I havent had any yellowing yet.

The buds have really thickened out this week. Still no swelling, pistils are 60-70% orange, have not bothered looking at the trics yet. The plants responded well to lower ppms. Through week 7 will continue to lower ppm's ending near 400@.5 by the end of the week. The smell is becoming overpowerful.

2 day shipping is just fantastic....
Unboxing of the ipower bow trimmer. The trimmer seems very well constructed, I'm suprised by how thick and sturdy every peice is. An extra set of blades were included, the extras are serrated? A large rubber pad is included to set the bowl on, grips well. A small hand cutter was also included.
The cage wire is thin which should make the trim closer, I will estimate about 1/8 inch. Thats more then you would leave with the ol' fiskers, however within an 1/8 inch should still be completely sugar coated. If you didn't lollipop you may have to do the popcorn buds by hand to avoid the smallest ones turning into shake.
I'm optimistic about this purchase. Ipowers pitch is that they cut as fast as 30 people with snips.
