Mr Teddy's Greek Indoor Grow - Indicas - Soil - LEDs

masterkush - master race

i'm sorry for the slightly racial indication

but my money is on that kuuuuuush

taking bets on which one Mr T. will like the most

you don't have to ask me girl, masterkush all the way

We will see, 420brother. Mrs Teddy is the final arbiter. :cheesygrinsmiley: I'm just very happy that I've got three ladies with some packed buds that look like they will make it over the finish line. :cheer:

Watch out for the cat.. the plant is in danger /!\
:welcome: to :420: and to the journal, username. (Is your password, Password?:laughtwo:) You've joined the best crowd here.

Last summer outdoors the kittens were a real menace. I had to develop the Nazi Kitten Poop Defence System (NAKPODS) to keep them off.

To those of you who've been holding my hand from the start - that takes you back, eh? Roll on summer.

Doggerel and catittude in the same post.
A maiden over, eh what?

I'm willing to bet that could be the first ever reference to the greatest game in the world on :420:
:thanks: Radogast

I believe mr & mrs Teddy will love the blueberry! It's my fave of your grow!
:ciao: Jade. Place your bets. I am, unsurprisingly, looking forward to settling the speculation. :thanks:

Yes, the Kush is lovely, but the Blueberry..... The Blueberry is breathtaking. I share your awe Mr. Teddy. That second picture of her, full out in the sun, is a work of art. So regal. Such gorgeous lines. (Sigh)
:thanks: Sweetsue and :welcome:. Very chuffed to have you here. :circle-of-love:

Beautiful update Mr. Ted :thumb:

Ah, another poetry lover. :thanks: Cronic. :laughtwo: :circle-of-love:

Hello Mr. Teddy. In the first part of this journal you posted a picture of the precarious road down the mountainside. You don't actually drive down that road in the snow do you? If so, please be careful. In my view that seems like suicide. I want you to be around a bit longer. Glad Mrs T is a bit better. Tell her OMM sends love to her and a big hug.

I would love to have one the kittens of your beautiful cat. Alas not to be.

Oh .....yes...nice save of your girls. They look like they are recovering nicely. No more of that please!

MJ isn't just the greatest medicine in the world, it's also the best precautionary.

it's all about feeding that endocannabinoid system

the feeling you get the next day after you consume ganja in edibles is unreal

so regulated and full of energy.

i almost feel sorry for people opposing this miraculous plant, they are against earth's best medicine
the saddest part, they don't even know it :yummy:

kids should learn in school about the healing abilities of the herb

but i guess we issue the most wonderful thing as a schedule 1 narcotic instead

I'm so glad to hear that Mrs. T is getting better Mr T.

when the time comes for those girls, you should make some bubble out of your sugars

Mrs T will love it.

I find hash to be the best when consumed in edibles, if you finally do make some i'll share some recipes:circle-of-love:

:ciao: OMM. Thanks for coming by. :circle-of-love: Since I gently slipped sideways off the road into a stone wall in the world's slowest accident during the last snow-fall, the car now stays firmly at the top of the drive. But walking down into the village with Teddy on these sunny days with everything bright, pristine white is hardly a problem. :cheesygrinsmiley: Hugs have been passed onto Mrs T. :thanks:

:ciao: jaga and 420brother. It doesn't just taste good. it does you good. :laughtwo: On which topic, Mrs Teddy and I tried some Blueberry popcorn last night. Getting on for maybe 50% cloudy I'd say. Oh, my Lordy, Lordy, Lordy. A smooth, almost sweet berry taste, a little like a good Beaujolais Cru (pretentious, moi?). After sharing one joint we thought "Hmm, very nice, gentle, soft high". Then we made the mistake of sharing a second joint. I will have to consult Mrs T later this morning about what we thought because frankly I can't quite recall right now. I think it was like being hit by a sledge-hammer made of cotton wool and rainbows.
:yummy::tokin::cheesygrinsmiley:

that mellow soft indica medication at night is as good as the energetic creative and edgy effect of a good sativa medication in the morning

in my perfect world i have 2 tents growing both and medicating based on the hour of the day

i really should buy a second tent and start growing some sativas

it's just impossible for me to do them inside the main tent where every hybrid is mostly indica

let's hope this summer i can find a season job at a sunny island so i can upgrade my equipment a bit in no time

Much love to the T house :circle-of-love: keep medicating

"I think it was like being hit by a sledge-hammer made of cotton wool and rainbows." Mr. Teddy, I want some of 'dat.

Please do consult Mrs. Teddy and get back to us....

Beaujolais Cru???? I see.......

Kali mera, 420brother. :cheer: I must say that we loved the sativa effect of Frisian Dew from last summer. A sophisticated high. These indicas are a quite different kettle of fresh, Greek fish. :tokin: Why can't you grow them side by side in your tent? Wouldn't a bit of sativa training keep everything under control?

Off to the islands this summer, are you? Beautiful. But I wouldn't want to live on one. Too isolated in winter.

:ciao: Shawnee and :welcome: How's my second favourite little white dog?

Well for scientific purposes only you understand we tried a little Master Kush popcorn last night. She's a bit more advanced than Blueberry - the majority of trichomes are cloudy with a scattering of amber. Her pistils are a beautiful burnt sienna; you can see the colour in plaster-work and frescos in Northern Italy. Again, it was the second smoke that hit us, a warm and all-enveloping hug with (I thought) a hint of citrus. Like a hot lemon and raw honey when you're feeling poorly. No sleeping pills required for Mrs Teddy. :allgood: Currently she is pronouncing Blueberry "The finest cannabis I have ever had" - *proud Mr Teddy* - but tonight we'll complete the comparison with Mazar popcorn. It's going to be fascinating when a few buds get fully cured to have the full taste profiles.

*****

Only three days since I last watered, but judging from the pots last night, it's bath-time again today. They seem to be consuming more water as they reach maturity. Is that typical? The tent temps are a solid 22-24 although in this bright, cold weather the humidity's down in the low 30s. Perhaps that explains it.

I won't be bothering with any nutes. I got three x 1 litre bottles (Grow, Bloom and TopMax) when I ordered the tent, but they are unopened. Still got plenty left from the summer, but these three girls have been pretty much unfed. A little Grow twice during veg - and regular kelp sprays - but the only significant full feed they got in flower resulted in a bit of burning, so I've backed off completely. I hope this means that I'm on the way to getting my soil right for them. I'm so lucky to be surrounded by the wonderful forest humus, which right now is covered with tiny pale white wild primroses, Lenten roses and lots and lots of nettles. And my first yellow crocus came up through the grass yesterday. Spring is slowly opening her door.

Wishing you all a tip-top weekend. :circle-of-love:

:ciao: Kalimera Mr T, indeed to the islands off i go this summer.

i find season work to be the only job that pays a descent amount of money in this bankrupt country we live in.

you're right about the winter, i stayed in Rhodes for the winter in 2010 after a season job and it sucked

theoretically i could shove some sativas in the hybrid tent but i dont do it for my convenience

i just find it hard to work with. The different feeding schedules and longer flowering time would really mess up my never ending cycle.

btw i put something hot inside my veg room somedays ago.

got from a breeder friend a great pheno of landrace afghani crossed with original skunk number 1

i shall make a journey soon to keep you guys and girls entertained, i'm just waiting for things to get intresting before i do

much love to the family :circle-of-love:

let's all have a great weekend now that friday the 13th is over (yes i was locked inside my house)

Let MrsT know that I think she has good taste. That Blueberry really does look delectable. :;):

Happy Valentine's Day Mr. Teddy. You certainly have a way with your girls. I adore your journal. Can't believe it took me so long to visit. You're stuck with me now. :laughtwo:

They look amazing :circle-of-love: Happy Valentine's day to you and mrs T
:thanks: neighbour. :cheer: They enjoy their little photo sessions in Mrs T's sunny studio on the way to the bath. :cheesygrinsmiley: And so do I.
:circle-of-love:

Let MrsT know that I think she has good taste. That Blueberry really does look delectable. :;):
I shall, Gray, I shall. :thanks: Blueberry really is a pretty one. It's interesting to see how, with exactly the same soil, lighting and training, whilst Mazar is a bit of an aesthetic shambles and Master Kush just insisted on stretching, Blueberry has become a lovely bush, fairly flat-topped and even kept her deep blue-green leaves with very little yellowing. And she's finishing fastest with the firmest, biggest, stickiest buds. What's not to love?
:circle-of-love:

very nice. how far did you keep your led light from your plants?
:ciao: b.real. Thank you.
Before I got the P450 I followed a couple of Platinum sponsored journals, particularly Curso and GovernmentCheeze (however he spells it :cheesygrinsmiley:). It seemed that, for the coverage needed, 15-18 inches was the sweet spot. I kept it at 16 inches, after about 3 weeks of seedling time under CFLs, for most of the grow. But now I'm at the top of the tent and they are about 10 inches away. No complaints. Next round I'm going to try 4 or 5 plants in the 4x4 space, so I'll need to keep the light a little higher for as long as possible.
:circle-of-love:

:thanks: SS. Delighted to have your company and soil knowledge here. I don't know if I "have a way with them" but I love growing them, particularly since all the snow has decimated my pots, veg plot and boarders outside. Just now starting to see what has survived winter on the mountain. :cheesygrinsmiley:
:circle-of-love:

:ciao: 'Morning, everyone.

I have a question for you. As you know, this is my first indoor grow and run at LST. I want to improve. If you look at Master Kush, she has all those popcorn buds all the way down. Now, if I had removed them all at an early stage, would she have developed much bigger, main colas? Should I have defoliated more vigourously? Or what else might you have done, given you can see what general shape she's taken?

I'm not complaining, you understand. Just learning from those who know better. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Since you're all here, I'd be stupid not to pick your brains. :thanks:
