Mr Squirryl And The Beans

Mr. Squirryl says:

"Judge not the little ones, dear Jaga.

The Basichy code is inherently simple.

It is humans who make it complicated."

The Journey was rough,

but all seeding have ascended to a higher plane...

Some more than others.

Mr Squirryl views the seedlings affectionately

Some of them have shrunk, Mr. Squirryl :thedoubletake:

DSCN25561.JPG

Are they growing backwards? :scratchinghead:

DSCN25601.JPG

"Of course not," says Mr. Squirryl.

"Ms Slug was remarking on how tasty the stems were.

Unfortunate, as the seedlings need their stems to be a certain thickness.

Ms Slug's culinary habits are detrimental to stem health,

So we have lowered the affected stems deeper into the soil.

They may even grow roots from the buried, gnawed stems."

Maybe I shouldn't let the hedgehogs sleep in my room, Mr Squirryl

DSCN25611.JPG

Mr. Squirryl says "They are more useful out here than in your room"

DSCN25633.JPG

But they are sooo cute, Mr. Squirryl.

DSCN2558.JPG

"Maybe," says Mr. Squirryl,

"but heathy plants are cuter"

The Seedlings wonder if the present really determines the future...
DSCN25802.JPG

Surely any system that evolves over time becomes the future...
DSCN25792.JPG

"Hopefully, yes." says Mr. Squirryl,

"Some systems are inherently chaotic,

but we strive to achieve order where we can."

DSCN25813.JPG

Is that an Order, Mr. Squirryl?

DSCN25842.JPG

Mr. Squirryl says "Order is not a natural state and therefore difficult to achieve"

DSCN26104.JPG

So it's not an Order, then?

DSCN26091.JPG

Mr. Sqirryl says "There are a number of specific ways in which a system may be ordered,

we can only strive towards an equilibrium, to decrease the entropy within our own system."

DSCN26132.JPG

That sounds complicated, Mr. Squirryl

DSCN26122.JPG

"Not really," says Mr. Squirryl,

"in any natural process there exists an inherent tendency

towards the dissipation of useful energy"

DSCN26163.JPG

Do I have any useful energy, Mr. Squirryl?

DSCN26152.JPG

"Yes you do," says Mr. Squirryl.

"Now help me lift this up..."

Mr. Squirryl says,

"Your powers of perception are impressive, Mr. Trichomes.
We did indeed have eggs. Slug eggs.
Laid in the soil at the bottom of the pots,
They were found during transplanting.
No inchworms, Only slugs.
They are gone now."

Mr. Squirryl says,

"Chaos is perfectly natural, Mr. Sativahaze.
Chaotic behaviour can be observed in many natural systems,
such as the weather, or the flow of water in a stream,
or the turbulence caused by the beating of a butterfly's wing."

Mr. Squirryl says,

"Dear Mr. Sativahaze,
The nature of chaos is ever changing. Our concept of
Time itself is a measure of increasing entropy (disorder).
Chaos is perfection, like a snowflake or a giant amoeba,
like the shape of a flame or a cloud or a coastline.
Order is man's concept, not nature's.
We cannot escape chaos, but we can accept it,
embrace it and deal with it on our own terms.
Nature will not destroy itself, don't worry."
