[Fuzzy Duck]

So, as we know I've had a few issues with ph that I've been working through and with the help of Fuzzy Duck I have figured out what my issue were and how to make changes going forward.
Knowing that biobizz soil should be buffered to a ph of approx 6.6, I decided to test the theory.

I tested the ph of soil belonging to my Northern Lights. First I tested it before I fed with a new soil ph tester and got a result of just below 6.

I then mixed and fed as normal but without any ph checks or adjustments to the nutrient solution, which I know has a ph value of approximately 5.7 before adjustments.

After feeding i checked the ph of soil again and got a reading of just above 5.5

After 24 hours I checked again as was pleasantly suprised to see my soil ph up at 6.5 and no issues with the plant (it was at this point with the Pe that my issues started)

Now my issues were arriving the day after feeding with high soil ph locking out the micro nutrients. If I had used ph up to correct my nutrient solution I believe that it was sitting in the soil causing the ph to rise above the levels needed for micro nutrient uptake. I have now decided to retire my ph pen and rely on the soil doing my adjustments for me.

I've been smoking her exclusively now for 2 days. My mood is better, i'm smiling much more and I even found myself dancing yesterday.
Sleep however is suffering, I find that my mind wonders that much that I forget I'm supposed to be going to bed and end up sat back on the chair filling the pipe again.
I've had a busy few days recently. Hoping Sunday will be chilled and relaxed.

I'll post an update later guys, I've been a little down with my space the last few days. Plants are healthy but I'm sick to the back teeth of looking at the PE. In all honesty I haven't opened the box for nearly 2 days so I don't know what I'll find.

UPDATE​

Good afternoon/evening to all my friends here at 420mag.

Over the last week or so I've been a lot down about this *insert random curse words here* PINEAPPLE EXPRESS AUTO at day 50. This heavily trained beast of a flower is as healthy as they come and strong as an ox. She has been on 12/12 now for 7 days in an attempt to kick her into flower. Still she shows me nothing. I might see a pre flower or 2 but I might not. When my NL left for more space and I changed the lights I gave her 2 weeks or she goes to the compost heap. She was a little thirsty when I opened the door, having not looked in for 2 days and nearly touching the light. I put, yet more ties on her to lower her canopy and gave her a good feed. 2ml grow, 2ml bloom and 1ml calmag per liter. I did not check the ph as she has shown now advers effects sko far. She was fed to runoff and this took 5 liters.

The DARK DEVIL AUTO day 35 is doing well. She won't be anything like my last one as she has different light cycle and she is in the shadow of the PE. She had a feed yesterday of 1ml grow 2ml bloom and 1ml calmag per liter. She got 2 liters to runoff.

honestly, it's an auto, that means it flowers from seed no matter how much light you give it. The way i see it, you should just keep her the way you had her and give her nothing else but time

i guess she's a late bloomer and a big girl but she'll get there and when she does its gonna surprise you

Maybe shes an odd pheno that didnt catch the auto gene. Or, the 'heavy lsting' stunted her this much? Even tho she of nice size.. Either way do what they ^ all said.

It could be many things, heavy lst could be it but I would have thought after a week of 12/12 and being 50 days, she would have shown me something. I am just lightly bending her now and have been for a couple of weeks. I don't know what else to do.

Sorry if I seem a bit blunt here guys and gals, I'm usually the one to say give her time and she wil come good but I'm running out of patience with her, I avoid opening the box just so I don't have to look at her. Bad times at the moment.

Her buds have just started and I am 3 weeks into flower. The rest of the girls are complaining that they want the space. So I am gonna give her and another plant the heave ho. If she is giving you stress and not wanting to open the grow room she needs to go. Your inner voice knows. I would step in and do it myself if I was there.

Hey mate, is it not worth swapping the one round at your mates out for this one? That way you can continue to bring the NL to harvest and there will be no rush or space problems with the PE. I wish I could help you out too but you already know that I'm willing

Man I feel ya on that PE. You put so much time and energy to get her where you want. Have you tried sweet talkin her? Buy her something nice. Put on some "getting it on music", light some candles. If that don't work then I don't know. You might have to get violent and make an example to the other girls about what happens if you don't put out. PUT out or get out. HAHA, just high and jokin around man. She is a beauty though. I have faith she will start budding soon. Have you tried total darkness yet? Later

This is what my DD is like, "hey daddy, I need more light" tucked away at the back of the box. It kills me even to think of cutting a healthy plant but I really am at the end of my tether with her. She's got till wed next week, if nothing by then she's going.

I thought about this but his space isn't as wide as mine, his is 500 mm x 500 mm. Mine is 600mm and she touches both sides. My PE won't fit in his tent. He is having heat issues too, I'll post a few pics of the NL that he sent me earlier. I know you would help out if you could mate.

Haha, your always high. she had 24 hours dark when I switched to 12/12. I've tried pretty much everything else. I've made myself promise that I will not cut her down till Wednesday of next week. I had a quick look when the light came on at 1930 uk time and didn't see anything. Got a few things left to finish up before I can get a good look in.
