I think it's a combination of everything. Environment is on point, temps sit between 70f and 80f and RH sits nicely at 60%. Good soil and nutrients from biobizz. Good water? Probably not, tap is OK here ppm of only 100 and a ph of 7.0. Honestly, I don't even leave it out to let the chlorine disperse. From tap to feed in a matter of minutes.
Girls appear to like it tho so I'm not complaining.

You forgot to add mad skills to the list you mentioned above.
Another thing that really assists Flux grows in rapid growth is making sure your two main fluxes are slightly above the rest of the nodes (LA's feeding loop), and making sure you constantly open the growth tips to allow more light to penetrate.
Then, because it's been in a constant state of stress, once you let it run wild and leave it alone, she will EXPLODE rapidly.

Yeah I've been doing this already. I pin the main tops for a day or so to allow the small side shoots some light and a little stretch so I can pull them down quicker. Tweaking ties twice a day at the moment. As soon as the autos finish it should be go time.

Short Update On My Fluxing Monster
Good evening my friends and a happy Saturday to each and every one of you
Today I added some more canes to the pot top, these are there because the secondary arms are now getting too long to be held with the first canes. It took me an age to get the new canes in and the new ties put into place on the 4 longest arms.
Tomorrow afternoon, she will get a big drink (14days since the last one) and her latest round of defoil. I seem to be snipping something nearly everyday.

Latest, not last. No plans for vert yet, I was hoping for 30 tops bit I don't think I'm gonna hit that. I have 16 at the moment and she is working on 4 more, making 20. Iay look at topping her main arms at that point and then going vert. About 3-4 weeks yet.

Good to see you HOZ, fluxed up sounds right
Hey buddy, thanks. Tips for germination? Here is my method...
1/ Fill pot with soil.
2/ make small hole in center
3/ drop seed in hole and water lightly
4/ keep top of soil damp until seed comes up.
5/ when leaves show, water well.
Normally takes 3-7 days for seed to show up. I don't pre soak seeds before planting. Only ever lost 1 seed.
