I believe I got them from @Herbies Seeds, and they were a Purple Urkel x Bigbud cross...and I have to have colder temps to get the color to come out, but she's a huge one regardless

Dark Devil auto was the most captivating grow ever with it's deep dark color and assortment of phenotypes for me.

If I may stick an oar in.....it's gotta be the dark devil for me also. There's just something about that strain.
Excuse a bit of a photo dump but I copied and pasted my old posts from some other ‘colorful strains’ thread and am too lazy to edit.
I have a bunch of other colorful strains but this is already too many pics. I also had some nice colorful P Chunk though most have not been. Also have a nice version of Purple Dream.
I’ve had good luck with Chocolate Mint OG. I’ve found several phenotypes so far but they were mostly quite colourful.
Peyote Purple is probably the fanciest colourful one I’ve grown. Very special smell and flavour to the bud too.
Here are a couple other strains I’ve had quite a lot of colour from. I find most strains get colourful if I leave them to flower long enough. My temps may be cooler than some people’s. I think maybe some of them wouldn’t. be as colourful in different conditions. Choc Mint OG- variegated one was probably a once in a lifetime oddball.

The GDP has a genetics of Purple Urkel x Bigbud as MochaBudhas mentioned. At our store we offer feminised and regular versions of it, the regular genetic is a bit different - Grandaddy x Purple Caper.

I've got some that put out colorful buds but ya cant buy the seeds. Pineapple chunk if you can find the pheno is gorgeous. And GDP is legendary!

Can you share some info about Montana Black? I searched for some beans but I couldn't even find the lineage. I've been curious since that NOTM.
Theres no seeds available. It's from breeding I've done in my garden.

Any hints on its parents? I am collecting some interesting strains for my seedbank. I've managed to find some regular Mendobreath seeds from a friend and I want to experiment with a Mendo male. Do you have any other suggestions for breeding? Thanks
The male donor was a purple knight from my mentor. Not 100% on that lineage but I think it was Wd-40 male * GDP female.
On the female side was Humboldt Seeds Organization "Blackdog"

Thanks for the great info. Blackdog was also in my wishlist. It will be hard to find a WD-40 seed but I'll keep en eye on that. That Montana Black looks amazing and I definately want to try breeding this one.
