Possibly powdery mildew or some other kind of insect/fungus issue for sure.
Hopefully not. I looked around for awhile to no avail. Someone said bee poop. Lol. I laughed and said..wth...looked up pics of bee poop, then researched bee poop, &....found exact same spots. BEE POOP. Who new. And I got shifting o bees all over my plants. Pollen season started early this year where I'm at. (January).
