Hay, Need to get rid of Daylight Savings time.
Girls looking frisky. Nice!
Lights: try to be 18" above center of plants or 12" from top of plants (hang at 13" move when plants grow within 12"). Make sense?
Growth wise (soil vs hydro) and genetics.
The 3 variables under control pH, Nutrients and environmental (indoors/greenhouse).
All have an effect on health and growth.
Mine, in the picture 3 day flower. 5 plants transition from 12/12 light switch to flower production. Transition happened on days 10, 11,12 . All but the runt grew 18" within the week.
If these were my kids, I'd be in jail for the training (abuse) I've put them through. Low level to crippling Bondage (LST)/(supercroping). Decapitation (topping)/(FIM). Hobbling and Binding (Prunning)/(Thinning).
The little one on the right topped at 8" STUNTED. She was 12" at flip, everyone else 18" (+training). She has grown a couple of inches, all others are 32" to 40" tall.
Your autos seam to be doing fine. There genetics are designed to produce in a methodical way. Your learning well, there still alive.

Hope this finds all friends in good spirits.

Thanks for the info & words of encouragement. So just to be clear, if they can handle 12" away, then go for it? Will having my floor fan too close or blowing to hard on a couple of buds/sites adversely affect them? (Dry them up). Last, looking at the pics of my plants real quick, are there any fan leaves you would prune? Or tuck, or any other pruning? Do you think the addl desk lamp should be that round led, or another cfl? Thanks bro!!:420::thumb:

If you were at 18" or 22" bring it down to 12" to 15" keep an eye out for any bleaching of the closest leaves to the light. 300 watt lights you should be fine.
Brother you are doing an outstanding job with your girls. Topping, LST, prunning look good. .

Almost baked my clone closet. Plugged in a heater cord thinking it was the dehumidifier. Clones were not happy, pooping all over themselves in 90deg temps. They are ok, builds character. Lol

Have to go bring some trees in, cold spell coming. Dwarfs don't like 40sh and below temps.
Peace..........

Pics from this morning. Had to put space heater in. Cold snap bringing lows from 30*-56* for at least a week. So glad I bought that greenhouse!! Thanks ga boy for the heads up on that sale. Good day everyone!! Oh, haven't watered the 3G pots since transplanted...11 days. Haven't fertilized & they are on day 30 & already in preflower. Is this going to affect my yield? Should I just start feeding even though they don't need water at the moment? I wouldn't think so. They may need it in a few days, & it'll be a lot colder outside at night. Should I water now so they can dry out a bit before the cold re air comes? Thanks yall

TOP of the DAY to you! Girls are looking chipper today. Go ahead and remove the dead/yellow/decaying growth at the bottom of your girls. :laughtwo:
Don't water or feed unless they need it. Keep them in the 70s lights on and 60s lights off will have no effect on them for the short periods of low temp dips, keep them above 55 or they will not like you very much.
oh yeah, FANS: I use them all the time, circulating air gently moving the leaves around....Most of the time. OR gentle to moderate breeze directly on plants to strengthen stems at any phase of growth (very important during seedling/vegetation transition time). During high humidity when noticeable excessive moisture is developing on the leaves (low fan speed directly on plants). SCROG, I will put a fan blowing under the canopy. Constant gentle circulation of air around the plants is the goal.
Yield? A lot of variables effect yield.
Lets focus on the wonderful job of raising your girls as properly and efficiently as possible, and they will then reward you with bountiful returns.
I do believe that this will not be your first rodeo. Your love for this is evident. "SOooooo... I HAVN'T HEARD THE LARGE WOMAN (PC for fat lady) SING YET?" "ON WITH OUR GROW" :yahoo:

Thanks cam. Always look forward to your input. Thanks a million my friend. !!!:420::thumb:

Made a change in the tent. One of the 5g pots (single one) was hogging light with not that many bud sites. I decided to replace her with two
From outside that have a better amount of sites but are not nearly as big a plant as the 5g. Tell me what you guys think! Yes or no? Thanks!!

Thanks fellas! I was hoping so, cause it's cold and rainy outside, & I didn't want to have to move them again. Plus , now I can get my peppers, tomatoes, hibiscus, & cilantro & basil out the cold. Plus++++, if you look at pics from earlier today, you can see my "nosey neighbors window). Lol. Just kiddn. I wouldn't dare put my greenhouse there or be moving plants in out the house in the daytime without doing my due diligence counter surveillance. :thumb: Whewwww. Better not go out to play with the girls. I'm ripped!!

Good morning. So busy looking at the pre flowers, or flowers, ( when do they rightfully be called flowers?).....I didn't notice it drooping a bit. Last two waterings, I've given nutes at 1/4 & 1/2 strength respectively. Bout a week apart. Ph perfect grow/micro by an. Also cal mag plus at full strength. Should I water only this go round, or add bloom to the mix, or just bloom only. Thanks for the responses. Don't hate noob questions!! Lol

Stay away from the cal mag, and add bloom nutes. Cal mag tends to screw harvests for lots of people. I never use it unless I have to, and I mean if I HAVE to lol

Cal mag plus has too much Nitrogen it's 4-0-0 way too heavy. I made the same mistake when I first got it myself. I would hate to see others make the mistake like I did. If you need any advice on the Advanced Nutes pm me Moonshine.
