Monster Cloning & Seeds, LEDs, Promix & Soil

No flipping till the 420 team tells me! I just want to get them trained correctly? To maximize? I don't know just not to look silly maybe. When I clear the jungle I have some flux like u! Well just not as nice of trunks! Man you build good legs Newty! I'm really running shy of room though. Thinking of maybe running the flower room at 16hr to get lady's ready for flower by introducing them to there light bachelor. Hope the get all sexy and in love with him and show some good flower!

Plus, I need to start the terpinator first.(I think) I want frostys! Yes from my last grow I see the affects of immpropper timing and choping.
1. I got seeds!(I think 5 now)
2. I plucked a couple after 21 days and got a mountain of fluff. The ones I left totally alone were bountyful!
I think you can start Terpinator anytime. I waited till flower, but I think Chris Scorpio has used it all the way through and I'm going to try that. It is good stuff, your plants will show their appreciation.

I would spray something like spinosad. It looks like thrips and thrip poop.

"Contact insecticides that do not leave persistent residues can be effective for greenhouse thrips and other species that feed openly on plants. These products have low toxicity to people, pets, and pollinators and relatively little adverse impact on biological pest control; because they do not leave toxic residues that would kill natural enemies migrating in after their application. Contact insecticides include azadirachtin (AzaMax, Safer Brand BioNeem), insecticidal soaps (Safer), narrow-range oil (Bonide Horticultural Oil, Monterey Horticultural Oil), neem oil (Green Light Neem, Schultz Garden Safe Brand Neem Oil), and pyrethrins, which many products combine with piperonyl butoxide (Ace Flower & Vegetable Insect Spray, Garden Tech Worry Free Brand Concentrate). To be effective, contact sprays must be applied to thoroughly cover buds, shoot tips, and other susceptible plant parts where thrips are present. On plants with a history of unacceptable damage, begin treatment early when thrips or their damage is first observed. Unless directed otherwise by the product label, periodically repeat the application as long as pest thrips and susceptible plant parts are both present.

Spinosad (Captain Jack’s Deadbug Brew, Green Light Lawn & Garden Spray with Spinosad 2, Monterey Garden Insect Spray) is generally more effective against thrips than the products above. Spinosad lasts 1 week or more and moves short distances into sprayed tissue (has translaminar activity) to reach thrips feeding in protected plant parts. Adding horticultural oil to the spray mix can increase its persistence within plant tissue. This insecticide is a fermentation product of a naturally occurring bacterium, and certain formulations are organically acceptable. Spinosad can be toxic to certain natural enemies (e.g., predatory mites, syrphid fly larvae) and bees when sprayed and for about 1 day afterward; do not apply spinosad to plants that are flowering."

Thanks @Jax Rider I started tonight I put 0.5ml/l (2ml/g) Terp in and it only brought the ppm up 50. Cool stuff! I used it last grow, it's the first crop I grew that I was happy with potency. I imagine now the Terp probably helped!

Thrip! Thanks b. Im in veg still, promix, about 70-88f 40-70RH and just getting them strong for flower. When I rearched, it sure did look like a Thrip but never actually dealing with them, and not too many responses, I thought maybe I was doing That hyopcondrea thing!

Here's what's in the cupboard. The trounce does not say thrips. And i also have gnatrol.

With the increased temps of summer, I guess a small population changes to a problem in a huge hurry. I did not notice any other plants with those markings on them yet. I know it's not possible for them to only be on one.

Lights out in a few hours I'll get ready and take care of these. What I read they can kill a plant but mostly are easy to rid the tent of. Thank you for identifying poop! Lol I thought they were mite as I always like to go for worst ever case I guess! You don't know how relieved I am to hear this!!

Cheers!

Thanks Derby, I think I must have still been over watering then.
Or I can continue to just blame the breeders haha. I'm an ass I guess.
I was doing soak to puck without the paper towel. I see all of you with the paper towel.....guess I better study up!
Just my 2 cents but a solo cup of plain soil...
-Black gold natural and organic

.... and plain water is all a seedling needs the first 2 or 3 weeks.

I struggled with seedlings in the past so I just said eff it and this strategy is like 99% effective

Dabber....stop being so humble!!!! :ciao: it's me! Thank you for that! I will move that way. The seedlings problems seem to increase for me with amt of seeds planted....and....my average is dropping lol. So I believe this will be good.
Can I so a promix or coco & worm castings blend for same results? I just have that on hand.

Happy dabbin! I had my oil at 95f 14vac for a few days. I think she's ready to go now! I'll join ya.

Howdy 420 Folks!

Outdoor begun. I dug out dirt. Filled with sea marine mulch(peat, seaweed and shellfish), and some old promix from the last grow added a handful of bone and blood meal 7-7-0 (1-1.5oz), three handfuls kelp meal 1-0-3 (4-5oz) and a pinch of Epsom salt threw 5g ro water. Put milk jugs around and drove away. Hope they take! I have a dynamex that's a 60 day auto.
Experiment started!! The other may be a fruit from dynafem. Or a photo.....it had the thrips in last pic so, got baned from the veg tent.

Cheers!

Struggling with the site lately especially the gallery.

Howdy 420 Folks,

Things are looking good.
I noticed a GGxL that did not get transplanted so that has to happen.
I did not see anything looking like that bug leaf in the pic on any other plants but will keep my eyes open. There are a few White dots on the leafs from the soap but other than that they look lovely.
Ol thripy plant was neemed and put outdoors for that show.
As for the garden, They did not even flinch from the slight yellow leaf removal.
The ones I supercrop etc to open up the middle, looked extra vibrant.

I don't see many if any burnt tips with these high ppm out readings? What gives?
I do still have the Cali O yellowing with green veins at one leaf like N def. And most the center new growth is a lighter green than the old leafs.

When I fed today, I did run off and all three plants were ppm high 900-1300. (680-730 in) The ph of a GG was low 5.6....so I mixed up about 13g and poured.

That ol yellowy one (JB1) was still at a run off of 1010ppm? ph 6.

After water, I ended up with ppm across the three at 600-710ppm ph 6.0-6.2ph except the GG. I could only get it to 5.8ph. That plant took the most of the water.

Today I fed:
AN grow 1.25ml/l 180-420ppm
AN bloom 1.25ml/l 420-480
AN micro 1ml/l 480-680 ppm
GH Calimagic 0.5ml/l 30-180ppm
Terp 0.5ml/l 680-ppm710
Ph 6.0
Temps 78-86
Rh 55-75
Lights 16/8 due to outdoor temps cooling tent.
Check ppfd today I'm about 500 most plants. The GG are taller at 700-800. And the seedlings are tucked in corners at 3-400.

I fed the new seedligs
AN Grow 1ml
AN bloom .5ml
AN micro 1ml
Diluted 4x to 350ppm adding 0.5ml calmag each l ro added.
I didn't drench them as normal, I just gave a little taste around the stem cause that's probably were the roots are after I killed all those I have progressed  so just splashed them they are yellowing at the edges so not sure if they are over nutz or dry. Time will tell they are almost out of my window of kill, like their strong enough for even me now....

So I was trying to ride the peddle bike to streghtn my knee.....and you know maybe go check the outdoor lol Anyway I broke my derailer. So im going to learn about bike repairs I guess. Good ol' Utube! $22 on Amazon, I can't even drive to the bike shop for that!

And! My new bong from bongoutlet is in!!!! I was shopping through the sponsers and found what I wanted to try and it was on sale!

:peace::peace::roorrip::peace::peace:

Thanks @Kingjoe83 , are you dusting that that outdoor? I have yet to see another leaf with those scars. Ill prob neem in another day or two then night spray water to clean all the soap off? That's kinda a question :peace:

Your outdoor looks amazing! I'm really excited to visit mine and see if I still have a project!

Theres a water source right next to my garden. The river water must be bicarbonate full like my tap as i tested the ppm and it's 240....I also read bicarbonate heavy water is top notch for trout. Lol so my hobbies collide. :cough:

Some pics to go with that above

Some yellow leaf, some blotchy like calmag and N def. (I think) With the advanced N sometimes I have to wait a few hrs before the ph is up to 6 so I add it at 5.7-5.8.....looks like I better make sure it goes in at 6 as I don't think adding nutz is the answer when most my pots ppm comes out higher than it goes in. I'm going through so much water and nutz trying to get ppm and ph in range. Kiss-ph is where I will start with my diagnosis. If it's off, plant can't take nutz I'm throwing right? Then I can modify cal or N.

How long under a new light do plants need? Just thinking about putting into flower room to adjust to QBs and prep for flip. Those expertseeds are getting to the tall time to flower stage. 16-20inches.

Time to go see if the mix popped up from 5.6ph...

Ding dong bong. Gotta love 420!
This was on sale from bong outlet. 14 inch. It's nice and heavy with a outstanding base. It looks sexy. It bubbles well I did get a few water sprays.
The bowl is bong size. Its quite a solid pull from the lungs to obtain however, It pulls the smoke through so thick. Beautiful work of art by bong outlet! The dose of the smoke really hit me different than I'm used to. It is a real pleasure. :roorrip:

No I have t got it yet but got tipped off t god stuff for caterpillars neem
Is good for mitres. H202 for gnats

I like a good rip on a bong.
Thanks Derby!
I can't believe I only found bongs this spring. So many different effects from the exact same plant using vape, bong, Dube, dab and eatibles. I'm excited to try dose my gummies properly for sleep! Its too bad all the companies that sell eatibles only want to be rich and charge so high were pretty much stuck to making our own. 6 months or so, grow harvest test shit this one's not the one. Repeat. Since being on this site I've found more info on strains and what works so at least now I have a starting point. My first two years may have produced 90% recreational. Now I'm excited to search for symptom fighters! And some rec drinking doesn't go well with my conditions and I like to wake up in the morning :peace:

Howdy 420 folks,

Well what's going on, the cloning machine I built pump stopped. So dead.

So clones, when should I do another defoil and peel tons of stems for cloning?

Yesterday after I nutz flushed those two they were all limp and soggysad looking....then by lights out, they were praying! Thank goodness! I'm pretty sure I'm doing the right thing.

Today I'm facing the fact that ol yellowy may just need to get culled. I'm sick of that mf. It's not growing yet. I have more of that strains seeds. Plus I need to work on my kill it attitude. After the expertseeds showed me how great these things can look, it's a huge expense on lights and space to nurse when you can sprout and be there in weeks. It was ok when I had room but now.....rooms tight. Bullshit a over. Produce or reduce, that's my new motto.
