Since the photo plants are beginning to grow rather quickly. And the impending move mid March. I think it's safe to go with a flip day on Christmas day. I'm going to try the extended dark period between veg and flower.
Any ideas what the best time is say 24 hours dark then 12/12 or 36 hours then 12/12 or more?

The photo plants have began rapid vegetative growth, even though they are now six weeks old they have been stunted so much purely for the purpose of reaching sexual maturity, with as many nodes as possible, while staying as short as possible.
I topped and FIM'd most of the growing tips over the weekend, so since they have had nearly a week to recover I will go through the tent later today. Do some more tying down, and top any of the shoots that are progressing above the others.
I also need to think about the shaping of the plants, to fill the tent with as much bud sites as possible. Unfortunately, it's not easy to do with the auto's still in there lol

Hey Mono! I would say start your 24 hour dark period when you would want your 12/12 to start. I managed to set mine up so I have the lights on during the day time so I am able to get home and give em some love for a couple hours before lights off.
Will be interesting to see if you see some of the same results I saw. I noticed a little more stretching, but quicker sex being show with that 24 hours darkness before flip. Girls are looking amazing brotha stay safe:

Sweet! 24 hours dark will work in perfect for lights on at 8am during 12/12.
A little extra stretching, and some quicker budding would be good results. I have never used a dark period between flip so will also be very interested to see the results.

Did some more low stress training 
, and an awful lot of high stress training by the way of topping.
Decided to hold off on the feed until tomorrow, going to let the girls get real dry then hit them with their strongest feed yet. It may well be their last vegetative feed, depends on how hungry they get during flowering. They may need some N half way through or so since they will be going at least 10 weeks
