Mono's Perpetual Soil

I'm with everyone else, going to say male :high-five:
Like the pollen harvest idea b.real put out there, tie off a branch on each girl, and cross each of your plants with some skunk and widow..

Yum :yummy: definitely sounds like a situation that would need to be tackled with upmost precaution.

Good eye Mono :thumb:

Well, took a clone of the male and a clone of the female to buy a little bit more time :)

FINALLY!!

Tubs have arrived, so I will be able to transplant the Sage n Sours and sit them under the screen. About time as they had already started growing through it in their 10 litre pots haha.

I had a bit of a LST and Defoliation mission on the two pineapple chunks yesterday, they seem to have recovered well over night. Hope to see them explode with new growth soon :)

Transplant is done :)

:cheertwo:

Thought I would only have enough soil to transplant the S.A.G.E n Sours, to my surprise I had enough to do both Pineapple Chunks and the White Widow x Skunk #1 also! :high-five:

I had to remove the screen to fit everything into the tent, rest assured though it will be returning once the Auto's are out of the way. Even one Auto out of the way would do, so I may have an early chop just before Christmas on one of them to free up the space for some scrogging :)

Sage N sours were pretty pot bound, so they should love their new home.

While I was in the tent it seemed like the best time to give everything a proper cut back. They have basically been on hold for the past three weeks of their life, waiting until now before I could let them grow up. At least they have been maturing, so should see slightly less stretch during pre-flowering :)

So, from now on. They are all in their final homes, just about. There will be no more cutting and hacking back of plants lol.

:Namaste:

The bottle hanging on the right hand side is a WW x Skunk #1 clone. Had no floor space for the little one, so just hung her from the tent lol.

I have been thinking about taking a bunch of clones, rooting them, giving them a weeks veg or so and hanging them around the sides of the tent in 3 litre pots. Flowering them with the othes. Not sure if they would get much light though lol

Very cool Idea... I was thinking myself of trying to rig some hanging baskets for some smaller plants.. I will see what you come up with!

Your ladies give me goosebumps!

I think the only thing that would hold them back is the light intensity. Might be possible with some smaller plants, and some training :)

Thank you for the kind words :Namaste:

Room looks absolutely sweet Mono, those sages are getting some fat ol' branches on here awyeah :thumb:
Do you have any cheesy smells coming off her yet? Really hoping you get this killer tasty smell. What blows me away is it is only in veg and it reeks this much :)

Thank you very much CA! :) I hope they recover from the haircut, needed to stall them until the auto's are done haha. They are only starting to stink the place now, hard to place it so far but all seems well, certainly glad to be growing this strain.

They reacted well to the defol I was giving them, they should treat ya the same :Namaste:
Just wish I would have topped these girls early on, keep in mind that sativa dom pheno and its branchiness, it will go wild if these girls decide to veer from her indica traits. Hoping for 1 more male out of my plants for some extra room.
Really enjoying this plant, love the structure and the simplicity of her, she is growing so well and not throwing out any deficiencies.
Keep up the diligent work Mono! :thumb:

I've noticed that too! They seem to take really well to heavy feeds and heavy trimming. Been keeping in mind the sativa traits and being cautious to keep them as short and bushy as possible :) I think I will be able to top them once more as they recover from the heavy defol, then I will get the screen over them and keep them as short and tight as possible.

Are you planning on doing anything with a male pollen wise? Or are you just going to kill it?

Great update, Mono. Your tent is mouth-watering.

I love the idea of hanging small plants on the sides. :thumb:

Can't wait til I build a flowering room and have some real space to work with!

Thank you, Dresney. The auto's are really proving their worth in this tent :). You are so lucky to be able to build a flowering 'room'!! I nearly had a heart attack when my wife said I could have two tents lol

Darn spouses. Compromise is a pain in the ass sometimes. +reps to your lady for letting you have two tents. :laughtwo:

I was really surprised mine went along with the build idea. I think once it's all done I might sneak more plants in there. He never looks at my plants anyway.

Had to post this thought in your journal just in case he looks at mine (he has once or twice). LOL
