Miracle-Gro Organic Soil?

As far as MG goes I've used it alot. Surly not the soil. It never drys out with the polmyers they added for water retension. But the fert MG is 'cheap' and when you use like 50 gallons water in a watering, its not cost effective not to for my outside plants. Rememeber these plants are weeds. Weed really love decent soil and lots of fert's. Here's a MG I have flowering out back;

Whatever you use and MG is alot better than nothing. You need some micro nut's that MG doesn't have but alittle cal-mag and a budd fert' seen to round it out Keepem Green

Aren't you supposed to ruthlessly annihilate any motherfucking bugs you find around your darlings? I smash em' flat and hang their little flat pancaked lifeless bodies on a tiny cross made out of splintered toothpick shards so that when any of their little friends come looking for them they catch a glimpse of their impending doom if they don't split quick.
That's hilarious man! That's the spirit, 24 hour search and destroy is my thought!

I just potted 4 10" pots with MG organic 70/30 perlite that I mixed myself with a little blood meal mixed in well see how they turn out I normally use fox farms ocean forest pre mix but I ran short today and couldnt make the 60 mile drive to the closest grow shop so walmart it was and this seemed to be the cleanest thing I could find so I mixed my own

I'm using Miracle-Grow for my first grow and there still alive!!!, Will be ready to do a transplant and was still going to use the rest of the bag.
But if there are any suggestions ???

Weed is in the eye of the beholder. Weed is defined as any plant that is unwanted in a garden, lawn, crop, etc. Miracle Gro saved many of my plants from death. That said, I read many reviews about Miracle gro (non organic potting mix) on Home depot and walmart sites that complain about gnat infestations and quality of mix compared to a few years ago. Someone here mentioned that MG admitted to an infestation. I am in my personal first grow and will be transplanting into Miracle Gro. I tested the ph at about 6.8 in the small 6 inch pots I received and have seen and killed two gnats in the first week. The plants are growing nicely in their 4th week under 3x100w equiv 5000 Kelvin cfls and a 20w desk clip on fan which oscillates randomly while hanging on a single thin wire, total watts per day = (89w/hr = .089kw x 18hrs = 1.602kwhrs/day x 30 days) = 48.06 kwhr/mo. All I have is time so I am enjoying it here in a legal to grow state - which I did vote for. Mg is what my Gma, my ma, sister, and my girl use for their plants. From reading Jorge Cervantes and this excellent site I know what to look for ahead of time to thwart any fungus, gnats, nutrient disorders, over watering, under watering, which basically all stem from ph problems. Gnats are easily blown away with wind and adding a sand layer on the top, and prevented by allowing the soil to dry. I do not think I had fungus gnats and the air here is almost always dry so fungus is hard to get to grow, even indoors. I don't smoke this stuff but I do like to grow it, I eat it in my vegan shakes, smells like coffee. The micro-nutrients and cannabinoids are good for you, it is not dried out and cut fresh from the plant same day, there is no THC, only THCA and therefore no high. Some people eat dandelions which many consider a weed too. lol:Namaste:

This is my Gorilla Glue #4 strain, I'm using miracle gro organic "garden soil "

Anyone ever use it? How is it? Thanks :allgood:

DankBuds :rasta:
This stuff is horrible. I worked so hard all winter to keep a bunch of plants alive and they all looked great! I used this stuff to re-pot some of them and used another kind to re-pot some. All of the ones I re-potted with this stuff are dying
