In the case of my 60x60cm tent, yes!
The room it's in is partially above an uninsulated garage. The floor itself is insulated, but that end of the room always has a colder floor. I use the heat mat over the lights out period to keep the tent temps around 18⁰C. Lights on, I really only have to worry about really cold nights.

I thought it looked like a potassium deficiency, so I added some to her last feed. Unfortunately it made it worse
On the bright side her sugar leaves are starting to turn purple along the edges.
