No. Everything from Azotobacter chroococcum to Pseudomonas fluorescens are bacteria. They are not multicellular, nor are they fungi.
I suggest you search one or two of them.
It's rather strange that they sandwiched the bacteria species between the mycorrhizae and the two species of fungi on the label.
