So Mcloadie, everything up to this page looks nice. I also keep my girls under 24" most of the time and just bend them horizontally to keep a nice canopy for the first 4-6 weeks of life then remove the tie-downs, breadties etc, whatever you are using and then I let them go all-natural for the last 4-6 weeks of flower. What I get is very similar to your harvest shot above ^.

Smaller plants and shorter lifecycles mean more plants in flower more often. I have run 2 full cycles and am on week 6 of flower in my 3rd cycle. I like going straight from seed to 12/12, they girls sex themselves and veg for 2 weeks, start to flower and I never need more than a 1 Gal smartpot or grow bag for them. Occasionally I veg half of my seedlings for 8-12 weeks and put 2 in my 22" x 48" tent, all under a 400w ballast. At the 1st harvest I get about 1/2 -3/4 oz per plant when I go seed to 12/12 and if I veg them and train/trim the vegging plants well, I get 1-2 oz off each of those. It is a good system for indoor growes with limited space and you can always veg outside while the flowering tent is finishing.

Starting new nutrients in the middle of a grow is makin me nervous as heck! I know what to expect from my old nutes, these aren't quite reacting the same as the old ones. IDK why the fuck they can't just make a nutrient for flower, a nutrient for bloom, and live cultures you mix with each one. I'm probly not a genius, but from what I see, the old timers got JUST AS MUCH GOOD WEED using fish emulsion, we'll see how good this stuff is. I have plants showing deficiencies after only two applications, I don't play the deficiency or ph game, I give em 1 week, I can't afford to have any failures fiddle fucking around with shit that takes three people to figure out how to use it and yields suffer along the way. My old nutes are GUARANTEED to give the most yield, and highest quality possible considering the genetics at play. Sorry kiddies, venting my nervousness a little. I wonder if the people who make this shit understand what happens when shit fails or isn't as productive as it could be to someone relying on it for thier medicine.

Im doing the same thing Mc, i have to get bloom nutes but instead of buying the same for my line i wanted to switch over to a simple a + B that has it all in it instead of using a full line of like 5-6 nutes lol

stuff im getting tho is supost to be the best of the best, the people who have won the Holland Cup for the past 4-5 years (give or take) apparently have ONly been using this stuff, so what the hell ill give it a shot, plus the guy who makes it is in Michigan so its even more local.
 
I know, and the fert manufacturers are vested in getting you to use as much as possible of their product so you can't trust their application rates

This plant should have yielded twice this much, I'm not used to making this type of miscalculation.....it won't happen again!

I will work on an old school DIY fert regimine......WE are the ones buyin this shit, THEY should be making it to suit OUR needs. In all my limited experience I have never seen so many people swallowing snake oil. I suggest that everyone go take a basic horticulture class in college and see how much bullshits on the menu when it comes to commercially available nutrients. I'm gettin ready to post some pics of a mistake I made, I was doing fine.....and I pushed a plant and it jacked me up........I was already growin superb weed, it's still superb, I just found a way to fuck myself outta half my yield!:high-five:
 
You can start new nutes at any time of the growing MC, also your weight has nothing really to do with the nutes you use. Its all about the root system. The bigger the root system the more your harvest will be. Also the additives and bud boosters etc if using any only works when everything is going fine and well. I do more regular watering then giving nutes. What nute line are you using?
 
Bummer on the skinny bitch! Im sure you will get her back in order. I am not sure how blending nutes with a living tea works but it goes against what I know. The living tea is going in to feed the microbes the synthetics kill them I think. You know what your doing so dont listen to me if you know different. just a thought. I really like the super soil fed with teas.

Ive grown this plant hundreds of times, the weak harvest was my fault for trying to cut back too soon.....that's how I know what I should've harvested. I'm using the bpn organics.........just switched and the plants are having a negative reaction...after two apps. ALL MY PLANTS are always very healthy, I monitor them very closely and with my usual nutes I NEVER have problems.....I use organics.....my plants look like they just got sprayed with roundup! Another member told me they mix the live stuff with em every time.

Maybe your problem is that you are growing your plants upside down :rofl:
