Mcloadie's Second Grow Journal

#6 just assumed ambient temperature, after today, I pull all the traps, let em run for 2 days, peanut butter 1 day, then maybe some salami this time. I live in the boonies sorta, loadie don't like cats, it gets cold, they are hungry....I got em!

ok so you got to hear this, this one man who lived on a farm who had a horrable mice infestation, and to make madders worse deathly allergic to cats and dogs. The man had set up traps but could not keep them set because they would be full with mice next day and he would have to reset again with no progress in the pack of mice.

One day, the man traped some of the mice so he could watch them, he dug a hole in the ground and poured cement in it so it had walls and floor and put the mice in there with a cage over the top. He continued to do so till he had filled the hole with mice. The man left them there for couple of days, and when he returned there were half as many mice then the other day.

The man had a idea and left the mice for 2 more days. when he returned there were only two rats. they were fat and had many cuts and scratches across their body. Then the man took of the cage and released the rats into his barn were the mice were all over. He picked up and removed all the trapps he had set for them, and within days, the man had yet to see hair or turd from the lil devils....

If you still dont get what happened, he starved the mice till the only option they had was to die or eat each other, once there were two left the man knew they had the taste for mice and that was more filling then the mans grain that they were familar with feeding with. Once he let them free they were mice killing mechiens lol....

Love that story.. (if it comes to it you can always make cannibalistic rats to kill your rat problem! )

They've been gnawin on my weed, they should be eatin each other from the munchies already! It gives me a minute to calculate thier demise, and soften the intermittent boredom......LOL

hey sense we are talking mice killing. what do you think a chair would look like if your knees bent in the other direction?

I see your dealing with some sativas as well. Those suckers are sensitive to everything. If im not mistaken im talking about your Mexi Kush

A folding chair :laughtwo:

Ya, they are sensitive!, This is about my fifth round with this strain, I almost have the hang of em, if I can quit doin stupid stuff like leavin the room light on all night!

you got something there.:scratchinghead::scratchinghead: maybe I should spark my first doob of the day and ponder this.
that and why do they call them apartments when they are stuck together?
People would make nice coffee tables if their arms bent backwards Too!:high-five:

yea they do nicely with more water than anything. Ive been dealing with mine for about 3 grows now. I just hung 3 of my plants up to dry. Very good smoke just not enough bud production. I may veg longer with my sativa strains. Maybe around 4 months should do. See how that goes. Ill be putting one in hydro also, so hopefully I get more with less veg time etc. Saitvas are pretty good plants if you have the patience

Ya, mine take forever! The one that's finishing now probly has 45 days to go, but that sucker will produce!

I wanna say a little something about fungus ganats. You don't have to have a problem with these little bastards......at least in soil. Sticky traps are good, they will NEVER even put a microscopic dent in the population. Stcky traps serve one purpose, they will give you an example of what kind of flying pests you have in your garden. I dont even use them!, I have a bucket of water aerating at all times, if I get gnats starting, they will show in the bucket, like a sticky trap. Gnats don't even make me flinch anymore, even after they killed an entire grow, which was my fault, because I took advice from someone who really didn't give shit about my plants, then applied some poor products, I coulda saved em, but I can have foot tall healthy plants in a month, rather than nursing some sickly crap that will never fully recover....you gotta weigh the options. The worry free product I get at walmart, combined with the sns 209 systemic product...in the same solution will kill their asses and it will be a while before they come back. Use em both as directed...and you'll be fine. Also, as a bonus, IDK why, but the plants love the stuff too!:thumb:
