When LST, is it ok to untie her for a day or so then retie down or is it not advisable? But not untie everything just close to most of it but still keeping a few tied here and there?

I dont see why not as long as you tie her down again you should be good.

Day 50: Watered today, 6 gallons of RO water PH'd to 6.7, Pineapple Express and Glueberry are getting Flushed and will harvest in a week or so. Blue Dream and Chemdog will go 2 more weeks. Clones in Veg are looking okay had a little nitrogen toxicity on 2 of them so they got flushed as well. Will clones Transplant into 7 Gallon Pots in a week or so.

Been on cruise control thats why I havent posted any updates really girls look great Pineapple Express and Glueberry are getting chopped on Friday. Got like 10% Amber Trichomes, 90% Cloudy. Here are a couple pictures!

Looking frosty mass! So dope to see so many fellow Massachusetts growers showin love. I'm on week 2 of seedlings only using one o4 with only the 5w diodes on (no cobs yet). When do you think is a good time to use both the 5w and the cobs? I was thinking maybe after the first topping ? I usually wait for 6 nodes then top down to the 3rd. Thoughts?

Snoogenez I used the COBs when I vegged with the Optic 4 but Im sure the 5w Diodes do just as good. And as to when to turn the COBs on I waited until flower about week 2, end of week 1. What can I say Im big on efficiency-

Interesting that you use the cobs during veg. I spoke to Weston from optic and he suggested using the 5w diodes for veg. Perhaps I'll switch it up.

Its that time! Pineapple is coming down this morning. First cola I cut off almost fits in my whole hand.

Still have a lot more to trim this is all I could fit in my dry box (which was full with 4 plants last harvest) going to be a great yield.

Glueberry OG got the chop today looking like a great haul for sure. She went 58 days and Pineapple Express went 57 days. Ill update with a dry weight as well as Grams per Watt in a week or so. My temps in the basement are 67 degrees and around 50% humidity. Blue Dream and Chemdog will get chopped in a 7-10 days as well. Here are some pictures.
