Mars Hydro Sponsored: Flowering With The TS600

Just my phone playing tricks on me then. Lol. I hadn't been too impressed with the critical mass but it's starting to pick up and impress me now.
Certainly impressive. Has it just exploded all of a sudden?
How are you managing with all the new set up? Have you got it dialled in yet

Yeah the last week she's really started to fill out. All good mate it's pretty much spot on in there. Temps and RH are in range. I open one of the mesh windows at the bottom of the tent when lights come on to allow extra air in which seems to help and no smell is escaping. Got to buy some combi ducting this week to replace the patched up stuff though.

Toolstation is the cheapest for the ducting mate. Its a couple of quid for a few meters

Update on the ladies tonight. Had them out so I could repair the ducting on the tent. Good opportunity for a little photo shoot.

Hope you're all having a great weekend so far.
Girls are looking good still. OGK#2 is getting some foxtailing around the top now too. Will get a pic tomorrow. The Critical Mass is pistils galore. The Mrs actually complimented the smell when I was feeding them tonight. Mmmm that smells goooood. To be precise.

A few more pics of the girls tonight. The OGK#1 is 8 weeks from flip and the other two are a day shy of 6 weeks. The frost on the sugar leaves of those OGKs is crazy. I'm sure the @Mars Hydro light has something to do with that. I'll get some better close ups tomorrow but they are sugar coated that's for sure.

While we're here it's a good time to announce the plans for the next grow that will be beginning now. @Weed Seeds Express have been kind enough to let me jump in on the girl scout cookies comparative grow that's been kicked off by our good friend @Justin Goody. Make sure you guys check out his journals if you haven't already. Also check out weed seeds express of course. Very impressed with their service already.

The seeds arrived yesterday in a nifty little card. Great delivery time and well packaged. I'm planning to do one plant in a 3 gallon pot. She will be quadlined and I'll be training her to have 12 good sized colas. I will be using the biobizz light mix soil again but this time amended with living soils organic amendments. I'll mix the soil up tomorrow and let it cook for a few weeks so its ready once the little one is big enough to be transplanted. They recommend a 2 week cook and it'll get at least that. The seed has been dropped in a shot glass so all going well we will have new life in a few days.

Hi all! The girls are finishing strongly. I'm thinking about 2 weeks left for OGK#1 and 3-4 weeks for the other two.

OGK#1 - Got that crown on top and still looking green all over.

OGK#2 - Apart from the burnt leaves where she spent time trying to hug the cheap light in the DIY tent early in flower, she's looking great.

Critical Mass - I didn't have high hopes for this one but I'm actually really impressed with her now. I was wondering where the mass part of the name came from and the description said big heavy buds that may need supporting. I see that now. I'd like to quadline one sometime.

Oh and let's not forget these are in little 2L fabric pots.

As for the @Mars Hydro TS600 I can't fault it at all so far. For the price it's a great light. I do wish it was dimmable but can overlook that. I'd recommend it to anyone.

That looks like a triple (or quadruple) bud- you don't see that too often...
Looks like they're all loving the MarsHydro light!
My son in Arizona is growing with a TS600, it's doing a mighty fine job for him too-when he first got it, I told him (I thought) it wasn't enough wattage to do much, and he proceeded to prove me wrong....

It's the funkiest one I've had yet  The TS600 does the business for a 2x2. Looking forward to seeing what it'll do with the GSC.

wicked mate !

Beauty colour throughout the garden, great work as always

Still amazed at what you can produce from a 2ltr pot
That is hard but precision work. One mistake and they will know it.
Well done mate. Well impressed
Thanks friends. I don't do anything special. I think good quality lighting and doing the basics right without over complicating things is the key to any new grower getting good results. Always a good idea to learn how to walk before running.

The GSC comparison grow will be interesting as it will be my first time using a larger pot and using organic amendments for nutrients.

Nice work, Vet!

I'm about to grow a few clones in 2 gallon pots. I will hang pics of your plants in the tent with them for motivational purposes! :Rasta:

It begins! After roughly 48 hrs in a shot glass we have a tap root on the @Weed Seeds Express Girl Scout Cookies. I soak them until they look like this and then pop them into soil in a little party cup. Larger cup on top to keep some extra humidity in there. Should have a new seedling in a few days. :yahoo:
