On your post a couple back you have a link that says go here for the one you bought and it goes to the fake site, that's why they thought you got the wrong one. I thought the same thing.

I didn't get a reply over here :( You can look in SENT folder to see if its there and just copy/paste when you have time if it's a necessary reply :)

You did jump to a conclusion and just wanted to be the first one to tell me my light is a fake and then that I am hostile and angry. Had you looked at the ad you would have known my light isn't a fake Sara was warning everyone here about. Now you are trying to make me seem angry and hostile. Where was I hostile? Where was I angry? im extremely sorry you are feeling this hostile for whatever reason but i can promise you i didnt jump to a conclusion, i mentioned i would look into it and i did, if you look within 2 min of me posting my post i had it edited stating that i didnt believe it to be a fake. so im sorry you are taking your anger out on others but there should be a better way to handle a person trying to help you.

im not going to drag this on and start points that will continue other arguments further.

but being the first was not my intention and i will tell you why i came to such a speedy assumption..

first it took me to ebay and ive seen sara before (bout 2 months ago) state to just order from her website as thats the only legit way.

second i noticed a waterprint that was not topledgrowlight but was some igledgrowlight

third was the fans i just noticed the pictures that the community has been posting in this specific thread and noticed your light only had 2 fans on the back which resembled the same picture in the fakes.

so again, im sorry you feel that i was attacking you

but i will say this again and last time, i was only trying to help the community here
so im sorry i tried helping you, wont attempt it again

ok, I would like to explain this , I have known that for a long time but forgot to tell you .

Yes, EB only give customers 1years warranty, while website give you three years warranty. it seems there is a law in United States say that electrinic products ,seller can only give one year warranty, so EB store changed and observe that law:) why I keep three years warranty on website, becuase I know most people who place order on website know me , we are friends, I would like to help you more. I know the led grow light can keep working for a long time, one year is not a problem. but three years, I think I can help you. after three years, I recommend you throw them away even they are working well. for safety,electronics you can not use too long time. I know some company give five years warranty, do they know most grower use the light more than 12hours per day? keep using 5years, how dangerous that would be? I can not image. I know they think longer warranty they give, most customers will buy from them and think they are providing better service, we do not think so. in our business, safety is the first thing:)
Hey Sara, How come your company changed the warranty from three years to one year on your TopLED's lights? Will you still honor my three year warranty? I bought your Mars II and one reflector model because of the three year warranty and I am guessing that many others did the same.

why you ask? because if nothing makes sense then WE here in the US tend to make that law. ha. its sad but true.

our product is at US warehouse now, we can not package invoice in. besides, for safety, we take the instructions out. we are afraid customs check the product and check who we sold. then people will get into trouble.

We have your order record in our selling system, so plese do not worry about the warranty. we will give to you for sure:)

Hey Sara, I've got a question. Everything was in my box, but i did not see any type of invoice or manual inside. Is this normal, or I am missing something?

If there is not any paperwork that is supposed to be in there, then how will I address any issues that might happen during my warranty period?

EB world is complex. but you are a lucky one, and you buy the real mars II:)))

Our website also accept paypal payment, you can also be protected , so next time, you'd better buy from website. actually, one year ago, topledgrowlight on EB is not our store, it belongs to another company.so please take care and check more information before you place order.
I got mine from TopLed on ebay. That is the one I bought. See the 1 year warranty in this ad. This is the one I bought. I clicked on my ebay purchase history record. Same company and I contacted Sara for the info on the sale. Being a newbie I wanted the protection that ebay and paypal gave.

I just have to answer, this isn't an argument.You are dragging this on because you want to be right. You made a mistake that's all. I have made some in my life too.

Here was my second post, before you posted anything...

See where I said I talked to Sara before I bought the 1st light? See where I say it is the same company? See my reason for buying on ebay? How many people on this thread are worried about buying on the website? Why did you even think you had to say anything about my light being fake?

My Mars II 700 watter has only 2 fans. Not all Mars II's have 4 fans. The 400 watt also has two fans.

You never said anything about trying to help the community in anything you wrote in your first post to me about my light being a fake, so don't say this is the last time you are going to say it. You also didn't try to help me with anything. I'd prefer you didn't since it ended up this way. I never said I felt like you were attacking me. I said I wasn't hostile or angry. More than once so you would know I wasn't.

As for Sara saying the site in her signature is the only legit way to buy lights, that is BS. I had email discussions with her and Mandy all about buying on ebay when I was buying my first light. It might be her preference, but it is not the only legit way to buy. You are just clouding the issue.

Where does it say I need help from anyone other than Sara? It says I have two TopLED lights and wonder why the warranty is 1 year not 3 years warranty now.

You just need to be right. Sort of like my wife sometimes.

I bought my Mars II on 420, April 20th 2014.
Do you mind answering my question about the warranty? Will your company honor my three year warranty? I plan on buying another light and I will buy it on ebay again from your company. That is my wife's requirement if I want another. You are better equipped to understand the way a woman thinks and I know better than to go against her wishes.

I am not in charge of EB store, so I have no rights to give you three years warranty, sorry. I think when you talk with EB service,they should tell you they are my workmate, but not me.

Thank you so much for your honest answer Sara. I will try to convince the wife to buy from your website. Just have to say the 3 year warranty is from that site only. I have used your light for two successful grows for my medicine and now on my third. Autos what a wonderful plant.
I want to winter over my tomatoes in the basement with a larger light. For the past two years I have used a 250 watt CFL and a 125 watt CFL; both actual wattage. LEDs would be so much better. My tomato plants are three years old. I might get tomatoes in the basement with a 900 watt LED.

110volt vs 220 volt ... is there any different requirements? or can i just plug the supplied plug into 220volt? Can I use a 220 volt plug from my old digital ballast? Can I link 2 Mars 700 together? what would be the plug for that?
 
you can connect two 700w together with the plug we provide to you. have you got the light? if you have got the light, please try to plug one into another, I believe you will success.

Besides, 110V and 220V cord is different, could you show me the 220cord you are using now? then I can know if you can use. thank u .
