Here are a few images of what I can do with a @mars-Hydro TSW-2000. The only way to dim mind is with a small screw driver on top of the ballast; so it is on 100% full all the time.

I wonder if you can help me with an order I placed last week please? Order no is # 200076319.

Your colleague informed me via email that the shipping company GLS has issues with my Zip code and the 5x5 tent I ordered is not sent yet.

She is asking me to provide a zip code without the "L", but I obviously cannot just remove the "L" from my actual postcode as it will then be invalid :)

Also, the lights I purchased on the same order where shipped successfully with DHL.

Any help will be appreciated, because communicating with email over different timezones is taking very long and I still cannot understand what you need from me.

Hi! Because the length of the 5x5 tent is too long, it can only be shipped via GLS. But GLS does not accept addresses with L in the zip code. We suggest you replace the tent with a 4x4 tent, which can accommodate FC-E6500 and can be shipped via DHL. Or we can only give you a refund because GLS can't deliver to your address.

Many thanks for your quick reply. Can you please do not use a zip code? It is not even required in my country. If you really need to remove the "L" please just remove it and it will arrive anyway.

I was hoping to buy everything from Mars Hydro, but after accepting the order first you told me that you dont have the fan in stock and you will refund me, and now the tent is also a problem :(

I have received packages from GLS before and I am sure that the address I gave you is correct. Can you please check if you can send it without a post code or just use MH2547?

We're sorry we can't ship to you. We will try with the zip code MH2547. And I will get back to you as soon as I have the results.
