Earlier this year I started exploring upgrading my lighting in my 2x2 tent. I ended up adding an additional sp150. Glad I did. I have seen remarkable results with the quality of the flower. Here is a side by side bud comparison. Same strain same medium, nutes, etc... Both 4 gram buds. The bud on the right was grown under the 2 light system. It is compact and hard as a rock. Even though it is much smaller in size. Even the lower buds are well developed and rocks.

If you hang your lights up to 20-24 "then I recommend setting the light up to 100%.
If you want to adjust the brightness of the light, you can hang the light at 12 "and set the light at 30-50%.
