I have one in a closet that size. As long as you have an exhaust and circulate the air, it doesn't get too hot.
 
It'll be fine. That product is only 150 watts and better suited to a 2'x2' (approximately 60 cm x 60 cm) anyway, especially if you're growing photoperiodic strains. Might tighten up your buds a little bit ;). Besides, its output is adjustable; if you perceive any issues, you can turn the wattage down.

You don't have to worry about this, TS1000 can be used in a 60x60 tent, if you feel the temperature is hot, you can move the power to the outside of the tent

The coverage/footprint map on your website shows a crazy high light-energy level directly under the center of the device (1,949 :thedoubletake:) and a crazy low one at the edges (249 :rolleyes: ). That is with a stated 18" distance. At what distance do the values in the advertised footprint have a minimum of 750 and a maximum of 1,000? And is the footprint / coverage area still 3'x5' at this area? If not, what size is it?

going to feel strange downsizing

usuall growing 4 -5 I assume 3 max now without it being messy ,I usually LST but they grow real wide so I will top and tie lightly would love to do a one plant ScrOg feel the place corner to corner pure nug
 
Hello Mars, noticed your website mentioned new series of lights coming? Would that be the 6500 you mentioned? Curious if there might another one in the 150-200 watt range for any reason? Thought I’d ask, needing another light here soon. Thank you

Yes, the new light is SP6500. We have no plans to develop new lights this year. Maybe we will consider upgrading some products first
