I just got my TSL 2000 and I don't understand how to adjust the dimmers or if I need to. what are they usually set on when shipped out? how do I adjust the wattage? do I need to use a multimeter to know what adjustments i'm making.
there are silicone plugs on both ballasts with a little Philips head screw. What do I do?

Hope everyone is safe! Doing a seed run of autos, Super Stinky and White Widow under the Mars!
Starting to split the buds!

@SmokeSara,

Thanks for being a sponsor here. I’m sure you are hammered today with new orders but I have a problem - the Mars Hydro website shows the SP250 LED listed at $259.99 regular price but the 420 Day sale advertisement shows the price listed as $239.99 with free shipping & handling to the US. I ordered 2 fixtures earlier today yet my invoice shows $519.98

I entered the coupon code “420 Magazine” several times but it did not appear to work. Did I do something wrong? Can you correct this or advise me on how I can properly take advantage of the sale price?

I tried to use their 420 sale yesterday afternoon and could not get it, though the 420magazine code still worked. I think they had a limited number for the 420 sale price. Now that the SP250 price is $299 instead of the sale price with 10% off, I'm going with Budget.

Because of the epidemic, the several shipments from China to the US warehouse has been delayed, and now there are very few stocks in the United States. the stock of SP250 are also limited, so not long after the 4/20 promotion started, our goods were sold out, and we had to adjust the price back to the original price. :(

This 4/20 promotion did not allow us to provide you with the same strong promotion as in previous years because of inventory reasons. We are also very frustrated. :(Most of our products in the United States are now out of stock.

Any way, I would like to apologize to everyone. If you want to buy SP250 but out of stock, I recommend that you consider 2 SP150. We still have very little stock of this lamp and still offer a 10% discount. Using multiple small lights will be more balanced than using one big light

We urgently transferred a batch of SP250 from Canada to the US warehouse today. We expect to reach the US warehouse in about a week. Due to the increase in costs, we have to adjust the retail price. Hope you can understand. :green_heart:

hi, i had the same problem yesterday and i ended up not ordering.
519,98 is the correct price for the light at 269 dollars with the "420 magazine" code (3% off)
i know because i had the same final price
i just checked and the price now is 299 : DD
guess i'll go with a ts3000 instead...
Sorry, we have to adjust the price due to inventory. If you want a 2x4 light, you can look at TSL2000 or 2 SP150

If you want to dim the light, we recommend that you use a screwdriver with a diameter of 3mm, plus a wattmeter.

Our factory-set wattage is the wattage most suitable for plant growth. If you want to adjust it, we recommend adjusting the light required by the plant by adjusting the hanging height of the lamp.

Thanks SmokeSara,

I probably screwed the pooch on coupon code cuz I put 420 Magazine with a space. But yes I still want the (2) SP 250’s that I ordered regardless if shipped from Canada, China or Timbuktu. I really don’t want to switch over to the SP150 or the TS series.

Thanks for your help!

Hello everyone, we are sorry to inform you that most of our lights increased price now due to lacking of stock. New stocks are showing very slow signs of arriving, and we know that most of the clients cannot wait after ordering, so now the price are including the shipping cost to send direclty from China, Sadly now due to the special situation, the shipping cost increases dramaticly as well.
Two solution:
- If you are not needing the lights urgently, buy later when we got enough stock in the warehouses;
- If you need the lights urgently, we will ship from China directly to you.
Hope you can understand, we are not trying to making more money, in fact the increased price cannot bear the total shipping cost and we are hoping to increase less and we bear some for you as well, Peace!:Namaste:
