Now the logistics have returned to normal. It usually takes about a month and a half for our goods to be shipped to overseas warehouses. The local transportation time is 3-5 days
 
Excellent! We could see the slowdown in a number of different kinds of products here. Orders were being cancelled and re-scheduled, etc.

Let's hope everything gets back to running smoothly soon :thumb:

At present, most of the LEDs are in stock in overseas warehouses, but we are out of stock of some burple lamps, because we have stopped production them, and some large-size tents are out of stock in USA(4x8 and 8x8)
 
I'm having issues with my ts 3000, started another grow and plugged the light in and half the light was out. I played with the connection and the side that was out started to flicker. Anyways it's working now but not impressed considering its under a year old. It's a bad connection..... anytime I lower or raise the light I have to play with the connection to get it to light up.

I'm sorry to hear that, since your light purchase is less than a year, we offer free repair, could you please provide some photos and pictures to us? Our after-sales email is solutions@mars-hydro.com

We'll have our engineering department look at the problem with the lights for you and suggest a solution :Namaste:

Yes, it was taken with an old Nikon CoolPix 10mpx camera that was gifted to me used about 10 years ago from a fellow member :rip:. I wouldn't be surprised to see some even better pics, soon! ;)

If the problem is the power supply, we can directly send you a replacement power supply, and you can replace it by yourself, so as not to delay the use of your light:green_heart:

Any organic guys check out josh at Boogie Brew for explanation of there products and using there boogie compost teas, in as little as 2hrs wotb multiple airstones. Very informative, explains what a compost tea is and the products seem perfect for any organic connoisseur! Im currently using the brix just cause i had it around from last year and is great for activating microbes during flower when they need a kick in the ass!! Heres couple vids, top one is about the products. Bottom is recipe for 3 lb a light super soil! Good watch.
