Cannot wait to see how your plants love the light.Woooohoooo. look what arrived just now. 3 days from basket to doorstep. very quick delivery. The space these will free up in my limited space alone is great. Pics to follow of the space saving
You will love the new lights.looking like a great choice for me now then. That is a remarkable difference over a day. I am about a week from flowering i think ( hope) and am using 2x 600w hps until i can get time to change to the 2x tsl2000's. I cannot wait to see the difference these will make to the whole process. been using hps for decades and swearing by it over new fangled tech !!! Seeing how well the Mars lights do had me from journaling here. Sara's contact and support here is excellent too , even if the users are not customers . I am so happy to be doing this sponsored grow with Mars finally.lol. Watch this space.heehee
cannot wait to see your progress Old salt. looks set for a great crop
haha yeah, it is 27 days difference.Haha my mistake. do see a lot of seedling grows that flourish very quickly with the Mars lights. Dutcman1990 put some great examples up that finally swung it for me. He potted after i did and his Mars sp150's had his passing my very quickly , even after i moved them to Metal Halides. Will be over to your grow mate. shoukld be good.
Congratulations on a successful install. You should have a great harvest! And finally..... The lights are up and blazing like the sunshine. Love the natural look of the light cast. great for pics and has prompted me to improve a few other bits along the way now too. No more ducting has helped with airflow and not a sound from the redundant exhausting heat fan . Bliss. Temp has dropped by about 5°c but we are in a heatwave today so i expect that will drop too. I also realised how close together i had to grow each plant to get the light from my centred cool tubes. I can now spread them out better with the 2 Tsl 2000's. Thank you so much for the Sponsorship Sara and Mars. Loving it big time. Here come the monster plants.

thank you salt. all new tech to an old hps dinosaur like mys3lf. What sort of height should i be aiming at above plants with the Tsl? . I am currently at 24 inches above the plants?.Congratulations on a successful install. You should have a great harvest!

Thanks for response salt, i will be following your lead on these Sunglobes. seems a good height and all the girls are in a good deal of light. That should be good for veg. I dropped mine to 24" today, and should have done so sooner. I'll be dropping it to 12" during the stretch.
Wow, glad you received the lights safe and sound. Are you using the light in a grow room with the wall covered with the reflect cloth? Maybe next time you can try our tents. it will help reflect the light and help the light output even better. And finally..... The lights are up and blazing like the sunshine. 24'' is great for veg, when the plants grow bigger, you can lower the light to 18'' and during flowering, lower again. But better no less than 12''thank you salt. all new tech to an old hps dinosaur like mys3lf. What sort of height should i be aiming at above plants with the Tsl? . Hi Salt, thank you for stopping by. Hope weekend was great! That should be good for veg. I dropped mine to 24" today, and should have done so sooner. I'll be dropping it to 12" during the stretch.
Thankyou for the great price on these bad boys Sara. I will use the above heights as a guide.24'' is great for veg, when the plants grow bigger, you can lower the light to 18'' and during flowering, lower again. But better no less than 12''
Hi Ganja, the power is around 300w each light, during veg, you can actually turn the wattage lower to around 200~250w. during flower, you can turn to the max power.Thankyou for the great price on these bad boys Sara. I will use the above heights as a guide.
One quick question Sara , What power setting do they come on from the factory. Do i need to turn the drivers up or are they set to full power as a default ?.
peace and blessings
