It's only the diodes burn-out.Is the rest parts of the light still working well?

Yea Sara it is only that one diode all the others are fine. Should I fix this problem or do you think I will be fine ?

It's no problem, we are just trying to protect our customers & Mars-hydro's rights, when any of our customer bought fake products, they will take the risk, and they will be worried about it. We will try our best to stop them.

Look what I did sorry just figured it was very wrong and should be addressed! It's hard enough for me to make a choice on what LED to buy and from what company. Don't need knock offs fakes copies making it any harder then it is already. Live-Love-Learn

Your light is a Mars 300 or 600,right? May i know which stage is your plants now? Also you want to fix it by yourself or you need to send to our repair center?

I got my light online and i was told it is a 600w full spectrum LED and I don't have any plants under it at the moment as I just finished harvesting and this is when I noticed the brown diode. And the repair center would totally help me out a lot

May i know you bought this light from ebay or Amazon? So that i can give you the service email which you can get your light fixed.We have different service department for different website.

I got my light online and i was told it is a 600w full spectrum LED and I don't have any plants under it at the moment as I just finished harvesting and this is when I noticed the brown diode. And the repair center would totally help me out a lot

we sold out a lot more recently for the cheap price and our factory monthly production can not catch up with monthly sales now, so they work over time and make faster than before. I think maybe the QC did not checked the Mars 300 and Mars 600 very well, so we got a lot more complaints about Mars 300 and 600 lights recently
So we do not recommend our customer to go with this light. Our Reflector series, Mars II series, Mars pro II series are with better built-up. And we already have stock for Mars Pro II Epistar80 at our USA warehouse, for other international warehouse will have stock very soon.

Ok I am going to get on that right now, also would I encounter more problems along the road if I don't fix this or will the light still be ok with a burnt diode. I plan on using this light for more grows will that be ok ?

Tell Mrs. Hu sorry can't be repping ya this time. Maybe next year. That browned out diode is burnt out and should be replaced its a simple soldering job

I dont need anything was talkin about the browned diodes already mentioned my light is still working strong has been about 1.5 years now and nothing at all has gone wrong with it. But i also clean it out every month and have a fan on it and also keep my extraction fan on 24/7 so no standing humidity

I do the same Costco for anyone on canada compressed air can even if you took light out once a month and sprayed on holed where fans are I also have a 6 in fan shooting down on lights
