Mars Hydro Grow Journal TS3000: Chef's New 4x4

So @ChefDGreen can I ask you a couple questions about your Killer A5 Haze?

Is she fed along with all the other plants? Same strength nutrients as the other girls or does she get something special?

Consider waiting till her pot is light and mix her a gallon of water with 4 grams of MC, 2ml of Cal/Mag, and see if you notice any difference in her appearance. If you don't see a difference before her next watering then go back to what you were feeding her.

You may,

she is fed exactly the same as the other plants. She was top dressed a week ago with geoflora bloom and a little EWC.

I’ve been contemplating that move for a while if I’m being honest. The thing that keeps me from doing it is the burnt tips. My worry is that if I go in with the Mc I’ll exacerbate the problem. I suppose she won’t get any better if I do nothing, so it’s worth a shot.

I can only hope Shed! In my experience, reversed pollen sacs don’t have a petiole that allows them to hang down in the posture that allows them to let their nanners fly in the breeze. They tend to stick out horizontal to the branch and stay somewhat closed. If you want thorough pollination, collecting and hand pollinating is absolutely essential.

Alright let’s do a more thorough update.

today is day 29 of flower; day 1 of week 5. I’m happy with how these plants have hit their stride. There was a bit of growing pains as the microbes did their work on the geoflora, but now everything seems to be smooth sailing. I top dressed a half cup for each pot and I watered in with 4ml of GreenSafe plant amendment and 7ml EM-1 per gallon.

today I went through and defoliated pretty well on each plant. The cookies n chem got bamboo stakes and tied up so I could open her middle up a bit more. The LA Cheese was just LSTd and tied down to the side of her pot. I’m happy with how every single plant is shaping up now. Time to just drive the water to the roots!

:blunt:

Sure is purty! What's the flowering time recommendation?
Recommended flower time is between 75 and 90 days, so 10-13 weeks depending on the pheno. I’ll probably start looking at trichomes around day 80

Nice growth! My favorite part is when they from religious to atheist and back again.
im not sure if you notice, but the killer a5 doesnt move much at all... puzzling.

That video is amazing!

Chef I want to be sure I'm picking up what you're putting down...

Do you mate your plants, well not you personally coz that would be super weird, do you like rub them together or something to get seeds?
well, not quite.

I applied a chemical, colloidal silver (CS), to one branch of the selected plant. That branch will produce a few pollen sacs like these,

Once they open and dry up a bit, i should be able to collect a bit of pollen from them which i can then apply to any pistils i want to make seed.
