That GG is stunning, as a cannabis plant and a maypole! Well done on the training, and I'm looking forward to hearing what the difference between the short and longer harvest dates.

What a stunner indeed, Chef! I hope it takes you to a place where you can free yourself of the stressful situation.Well folks,
I didn’t post those grandpa glue pics up like I had promised @DutchinAB because of the stressful situation in which I found myself that day. A situation that I’m still currently in, as my pet has not returned. Regardless, the grow must go on and there’s no reason not to show all you lovely people.
so here we go; Grandpa Glue on day 56 of flower. She’s so chunky and heavy by now almost every top bud would be dragging on the ground if I hadn’t strung them all up. Even still, she’s a mess of fat buds everywhere; just a thicket. She stinks something fierce. Those of you whom have grown the grandpa glue know exactly the stink I’m talking about. I’m expecting her to only go a week more, but if she’s still drinking at this rate I’ll take her another week on top of that. It’s gonna be a serious haul for a single grandpa glue plant.
Still plenty of white pistils and I don’t have a single notion of taking her down before her time.
Thanks for stopping in folks
I was thinking of getting something similar for the upcoming GSC grow. I am half way through this journal so I haven't seen your review yet.i got just a simple $25 wyze camera.
I never thought of doing that. This year, I was going to use some premium compost through the sifter. That should have a lot of beneficials from the get go. Adding some extra mycos in there, I never even considered. Only during a transplant. Good wisdom! Thank you.I scratch mycos into the soil about a week after they all popped so it’s already there.
Yup! Me too. I'm ordering one of those or something similar soon!Yaaa! You got your camera to work!
Now I want one.
That is my goal this season!!! I didn't get that in my first two years growing. So it has to be this year! The kind of weed that makes you tell yourself “man I’m high AF” over and over.
Thanks Shed! She just needs to be topped a bunch, that way we can force some of those dinky satellite branches to become good solid tops. I’m expecting the buds to be a bit more relaxing with a sleepier come down. That 56 (or 58) day Glue was just a tad too energetic for my preference. Still very flavorful smoke and an enjoyable high though. That GG is stunning, as a cannabis plant and a maypole! Thanks DAB. Being in the garden and working on the plants always helps to distract me from the negative in my life. It’s a much needed break, this week has been one of the most emotionally exhausting I’ve had. What a stunner indeed, Chef! I hope it takes you to a place where you can free yourself of the stressful situation.
Maaaan... I was getting all caught up and then I pressed the wrong button and got sent to another screen. I'm too stoned to remember where I left off. Page 9 I think...
From what I have seen so far, those babies are looking great! Killer light BTW! It is a nice warm feeling getting a sponsored piece of equipment.

Now to go back a few pages and get caught up. I'm in on this season with ya!
Hahaha Glad you could make it BAR! (Even if you got a little lost getting here) I’ve been overjoyed with what I’m seeing from the @Mars Hydro TS3000. I probably will do the GSC under a different panel though, just cause I won’t have the need for a whole 4x4. I’m currently working with @GrowTina to see if they can supply me with one of their smaller quantum boards.Boom! Caught up! Unfortunately...I'm bummed for you right now. Any news yet on your pup? We are a dog family and they are our babies. We recently took in a blind and deaf pup. Our biggest fear right now is him getting out. Sending you all some good vibes and blessings.
Yup! Me too. I'm ordering one of those or something similar soon!

Oh, your cat! From your description about being a very large boy I just assumed you meant your dog. My neighbor (a cat lady with always 3+) says that cats will wander off when they know their days are numbered. That might not be good news, but it also might be comforting.it’s actually my cat that’s gone missing. He gets let out 3 or 4 times a week but he usually just hangs around the house. Once in a while you’ll see him take off for the woods right away, but he still never wanders too far. It’s really a tragedy for us that he’s gone, he was the first animal my wife and I ever adopted and he’s a real daddy’s boy. And as shed said before, it’s the not knowing that’s killing us.. if we knew that he had passed on we wouldn’t feel so bad worrying that he’s okay.
He’s chipped, he’s wearing a seresto collar, and every animal shelter in 100 miles has his photo hung upWell here's to warmer weather and an eventual trip home.
Is he chipped?
Well folks,
I’ve honestly been avoiding doing an update on all the ladies in the 4x4 under the @Mars Hydro TS3000 because they’re having a rough transition from MC++ to organic soil (that hasn’t been amended since the first run I might add). Needless to say, the plants look quite sad. Things are about to change though, with the following addition.
I scratched a half cup into each pot and watered it in. I mixed a half cup into the 5 gallons of promix I transplanted the LA Cheese into. I culled the chemdog. It was starting to flower for some reason. That happened today. This is the last week.
lastly, the grandpa glue looks insane!
Hello there
Consider us now officially interacted.
First I’m so sorry to hear about your cat. I am an absolute animal lover, and I can’t even imagine how hard this must be for everyone who loved him. I’m sending you cat come home vibes.
And second, mint looking grow. I look forward to cheering you on.
Our animals are family. Well I think they are. Love is love, and sadly grief is the price we pay when we lose them. I can’t even get my head around it tbh. With a missing child/pet I imagine it is the not knowing that would be the most heart wrenching. I have seen stories before where the child/animal end up reunited with their family. I hope you get this happy ending.Welcome Trala, interacted we are!
Thank You so much, I don’t think people really understand it cause cats go missing sorta often.. but this cat was very special to us. It’s been anguish, to be honest. I can’t help but constantly think about parents who lose a child and how they’ll never be the same again. If he doesn’t come home, I’m sure I’ll never find another cat like him.. He’s so expressive. He literally just lacks the ability to speak.
thanks for coming to cheer on the grow. It’s about time we got to know each other a bit... we’re like the only ones who actually type out swear words
You’re just always thinking about it. There’s never a time when I’m not thinking about where he must be, how hungry and scared he is.. If someone is taking care of him. It fucking blows. I don’t know what else to do. The wife and I went traipsing through the fucking woods for like 3 hours after working all day, just because.. no sign of him.. just nothing. I suppose at least we’re covering some ground...Our animals are family. Well I think they are. Love is love, and sadly grief is the price we pay when we lose them. And you’re welcome, I agree, and fuck yeah maaaaaaaaate
If this happened to me I would feel the same way you do. I would also want someone to remind me that sometimes life is fucked up. man I hope he comes back
Im going through your lucky grow currently, she fought 50 days without nutes? I can’t wait to see the ending!
Thanks Shed, we’re about to get into some real action soon! I’m sorry too, but there have been a lot of lessons learned from the experience at least. I know better what I should do in the event he comes back. The plants are looking terrific Chef, but I'm damn sorry your big boy is still out there.
Thank you Trala, I definitely need to read this. If he doesn’t even show up I’ll always cherish the time that I had him. I’m not quite ready to give up hope and work on healing just yet, but I will definitely keep this in mind if we go another few weeks without his return. If this happened to me I would feel the same way you do. You choose how you honour your furry mates life and memory. You can torture yourself with nightmares or you can accept it was a fucked up event and be thankful of the time you had with him.
You know in your heart you loved him best and you did everything you could to find him. There is nothing more you can do. Now you concerntrate on healing.
Stick with me kid, I never settle for anything less than a happy ending
I think you need to get your GDBpeepers checked! That’s the standard butcher’s twine all my plants have had. I think I even cut these strings off the BCP I harvested then put em right on the GGGreat looking collection, Chef!
I see on the GG you used string instead of baker's twine!
LMAO! That wouldn't help. The only difference I'll ever see between string and baker's twine is the way they're spelled.I think you need to get your GDBpeepers checked!
