When they switch to 12/12 they will stretch upto 3x their height depending on the strain, usually 1.5x is normal

Google LST training, best way to see different ways of doing it

The light will take up about 18" of yer 5' height
Pot height is 10-12"
Leaves you about 2'-6" of plant growth or height, not a lot, so you need to plan for flowering stretching

Ahhhhhh now that's a challenge
Auto don't need 12/12 lights, the AUTOmaticaly flower on their own

If the auto isn't in it's final pot now, do that, so it extends its veg time

The photo plant will need to swap to 12/12 to flower. The auto will be fine in 12/12 just may take a bit longer to finish out
