Thanx for the reply man and ill make sure to post a smoke report for everyone for sure. im hoping the Kosher Kush keeps its sweet berry like taste after the dry and cure but im sure it'll be great no matter what ill be posting a chopping video this next week

i def recommend the scrog, word of advice though make sure you flush before you but under the scrog because its hard as hell to flush under the trellis and get something like a turkey baster to get the runoff from the saucers. but this is going to be one of my nicest buds to date and more good dense colas and less fluff. thanx for stopping by man i cant wait to see what our final weights are under the mars hydro LED's one big Mars family here on 420 mag

haha thank uncle, i do love having a choice whenever i smoke and the roommates and GF get frustrated when i only have the same thing to smoke.

but i have Kosher Kush, Golden Goat, Roslyn Road and Dreamwalker all very distinct strains but next time im going to try to keep it to 1-2 strains so i can figure them out and not have so much to focus on. but thanx for the kind words and stopping by man!! i was going to pull today but im going to wait for the full 8 weeks at least to make sure i give them a good amout of time and pull them early but ill make a quick vid when i do pull them down.

Thanx for stopping by ganjazz im actually really imprssed with how everything has turned out dispite some problems i ran into when i first put the ladys in flower and ill be trying something like a turkey baster next time i do a scrog so i can flush easyer adn remove the water from the trays.

I know this vid is a long time coming as i took the vid last Thursday but my GF had some compications when she was getting a stint put in to help keep a duct in her pancreas open (she has pancreatitis) so i havent had the time to upload anything. hope you guys enjoy the vid and any good vibes you could send would be much appreciated

vegas is overrated in my opinion but def worth going if you visiting the US, i love myself some good brew and herb and there is plenty of both here hope to see you here someday

Week 18 update


Day 56 of Flower: Harvest Time

ok everyone the day has finally arrived im excited to say that i have harvested both my golden goat and kosher kush earlier today and the haul doesnt look to bad at all. def the frostiest buds ive ever grown and the density on the buds that where above the scrog is very solid, my last series of grows was under a little more then 600 watts in a bit of a bigger aria then this so im sure that my gram per watt will be better but that has alot to do with my experience since then and managing my grow room better so i wouldnt say that i have a good opinion on the weight but its info im thinking 4 OZ is a maybe but im being hopeful with that guess i think lol im just bad at eye balling weight.

It took my a little over 2 hours to cut both plants down and i will be placing them in a cardboard box to hang dry. i did trim most of the bid fan leaves and anything that did not have trich's on it, i find it easyer to trim the buds after the initial dry and i have read that it helps retain smell but i have not noticed a huge difference to be honest mainly just easier for me when its dry. i separated the small buds from the big buds as the small seem to dry in about 5-6 days and the bigger buds on average take about 7-10 days, i know that most people say the longer the dry the better so that the chlorophyll all goes away but after the first couple of days the humidity just goes below 50% and just stays i hate the humidity for drying in my part of colorado. if anyone has any ideas that may help with out having to invest to much money or just another way of drying would always be welcome.

i cure by placing the dry buds in a glass mason jar for about a week and burp them for 10-15 mins twice a day and will take them out of the jars for about 24 hours after a week them put them back in the jar. i do this twice then after the first 2 weeks i just burp them twice a day for 10-15 mins. i know there is a more percise way of doing it as far as keeping a stable humidity but i dont seem to have any problems with my herb. i took my last couple of OZ to a little 420 fest here in greeley co and i got nothing but compliments on the smell, taste and overall quality (not that this city has awesome stuff) so im happy with that so far. i feel taking it out of the jars for a while helps evenly dry the buds
and while not being to dry from giving them 2 weeks hanging.
