Hi ... Who cares when it becomes a problem, destroy it right away, as soon as you are 100% sure that it is male ... take no chances, and why waste the extra energy?

I'm surprised that nobody else has given their input here ...

I separated the suspected males when I noticed them, but only one of them dude'd out. If I'd followed the advice to pull all lanky suspects, I'd have destroyed a healthy, 27" female, as it is, I spent nothing extra on energy, and saved a girl from the chop.

also, males aren't a problem in the first few weeks before their balls develop, so no need to be too hasty to chop them right away

i would give it another minute or 2 to grow out(how old is the plant now?)

it is a confirmed female, now 2 weeks into 12/12, nothing dude'ish about her...
