Crap I about forgot to drop 2 more seeds in Spring water to soak. Rinse and repeat.
Have a brownie to start your day.:meatballs:

Looking good! Cant wait to see them break ground! :yahoo:
Nitro we broke ground on GL#1; looks weird in pic as usually. Planted short root
GL#2 and the tap root feel off as it hit the soil HaHa oh well I'll leave it see what happens.
The 2 seeds soaking where put on paper towel and stuff in the mic to cook up some
tap roots. Everybody (plants & seeds) get sprayed with Spring water. I will be off
to DG store to get some supplies. Chat at you all later:passitleft:

Nitro had to deep sic that seed but replaced it with another so, now I have 3 in small pots.
I moved them into grow tent this am. One of my digital timers (programmable) took a shit.
I ordered 2 more; cheap at $16 bucks a pair. Each has 2 programs for on/off settings. One
for veggy and one for flower. COOL! Also dropped another seed in Spring water and it hit
the paper towel last evening. Pictures to come after upload to PC. Just having FUN FUN:passitleft:

Put some Great White root enhancer in 2 gal of water and gave these little girls
their first drink of real power water HeHe! Also cranked that 600W MH to 100%.
I will keep a close eye on things to make sure we don't burn up. Tent is around 84*
with the humidity 45--50% but I read where Gelato likes hot and humid in Veggy.
So I will keep pushing cool humid air into the environment.:meditate:The light
is at 24" above the top of the plants "for now". :nervous-guy:

Awesome! Great white is some good stuff! You can run your light a little higher in this stage, especially if you have it on 100% if you are scared to burn them. Just make sure they dont stretch. Keep up the good work

Things are going great so far. Plants seem to like the Great White mixture. Plant GL#4
was put into a small pot a couple days ago and now resides with the rest of the gang.
If this Gelato grow is as good as the White Widow I just finished in May I will be a very
happy Farmer:cheer:I do have a couple pics of the girls. Smoking WW all day keeps
me glued to my seat. My best grow so far.:snowboating:

I am really on the fence when it comes to Topping and LST. I have done both on all my
grows except the last one. I wanted to see the results; compare the difference! I am not
overly interested in quantity as I am quality. Gelato is supposed to be both: a big THC
level and big Yield. I usually top at 4th/5th node just once; never did multiple topping. I have never used a net although I have one. Big decisions ahead. I can use all the help with these issues. The
choices are many as we go along. I usually cut notes 1 and 2 before I top at node 4/5. It is
a Miss Newty thing. I need to make some infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil so I can make
some more capsules (Grandpa Tonkin style) and make cookies and more brownies.:meatballs:I used to make tincture but that's a lot of work and kinda dangerous using Ever Clear alcohol 190 proof.:nerd-with-glasses:I take 4 capsules a day.

Its completely up to you Magicbear on the topping. You have the light to do anything you want. The 600 watt HID is my fav light and what I recommend to everyone. If you can get the heat under control (Easy with a cooltube or hood) you can grow just about anything indoors! I top mine when each branch starts to get taller, keeping a even canopy top.

WOW! HunterNitro I am going to top soon maybe later today. Keep 4 nodes take out the fifth.
Gelato is reported to be a sensitive plant. I don't want to stress her out. I might use your
topping method and forgo LST. I will use GL#1 first seed planted 18 days old today. GL#2 and #3
are 13 days while GL#4 is 8 days. Pics coming! GL#1 is a great looking plant so far so, I hate to
disturb her. As I go along I will appreciate any advice from any members. :welcome: :nerd-with-glasses::party:
Another issue for me will be when to transplant these babies to their 7 gal home.
