Lost In The Fog

Looks good. It is pc water cooler system idea(black)? And the silver metal looks like from pc processor sink.
Excellent job and good luck!

Yeah the black radiator is from a pc water cooling kit. The silver aluminum heat sink is from some semiconductor cooling I reused. Under that heat sink sits the Peltier unit, its a semiconductor that pumps heat. One side of it gets hot and the other side cold. The temp diff is 68C. That effect I then use to cool the water passing through a block that sits on the cold side of the Peltier.

Very good eye for this stuff AngryBird.

Took me far, by being able to fix my own things. :D
Grew up demolishing my own things, just to see how they are built... My mom went:eek:o_O:eek:when I told her I wanted to become a car mechanic. She didn't let me :(

I totally recognize myself with that description... :) It's a good thing to be curious!

First test is very smooth. Got two small leaks I got to fix before I go live with it. One of the leaks is on the worst part, the pipe going from the radiator to the peltier. Can't put too much heat on it, it's risking letting go from the radiator then. This pump I bought is proving it's worth. Very good pressure and very silent aswell. High hopes again on this actually performing like I was imagining. :)

Level up!...

This is the moment all work have summed up to. Poseidon is online, finally. :goodluck: Have to keep an close eye on this now. Plants are moving in shortly. I really hope this work now. There is still some issues to fix but I hope I can manage to do this with the thing sitting there. Man it feels good, so what is next? Now I'm going to put together an online controller for it, arduino based with alarms and parameters.

For the leak... So you don't have to apply heat close to the (which one was it?!) peltier?

Let's take this in Swedish. :)

Yes, that was the main idea when you built it.
Happy all worked out.
Usually I am tons better when I see the items... Hard to create a mental picture to "get the problem".
And then you wrote the details (made the creation of mental picture "stupid proof")
So I got it. Lol

Heeey girl. It's me, I'm having a really hard time explaining everything especially in English. I'm glad if you understand half of what I'm trying to say. :)

A picture says more than a 1000 word and that's true. I'm so glad you are interested in what I'm trying to do. :)

Right now I'm jumping of joy of having this thing turning. Just moved in the plants also. Still looking good with temps, 24,5C.
