Lost In The Fog

Today Skunk got potted in soil, this seed is by far the oldest I ever germinated. Think it's at least 4-5 years old, kept it in original package but a broken one this was the last of five. So much good memories with this classic weed, hope this one will bring many new ones!

Tonight I was bold and cut away some lower branches on HP. Need the light they took up for Cheese, she is moving in tomorrow she has spent soon two weeks rooting in her Autopot so she is ready for her bloom now.

Gave both HP and Orinoco a smaller PK boosting tonight. Will bring them out tomorrow for sanitation and pop a few pics at them.

Have a great weekend everyone! :blunt:

Testers!

Nice work getting that old seed to pop. By the time I get to a lot of my seeds they will be well over 5 years.

My smokables are starting to get low now so I had to make a small withdraw from the bank. ;)

I'm very surprised it poped! But we havn't seen any green on her yet but fingers crossed! :goodluck:

You are a clone man Shed so it's no wonder you got bags of seed waiting to be germinated. :surf:

Put Cheese in bloom today and Kali in her Autopot and back in veg for a few weeks of rooting. Nice to feel I'm getting in to a roll with these 14 day seedlings. Will be even better when I can start pulling out weed every 14 days from bloom. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Today I finally got to that stage with one of my other hobbies I felt I could show you some results. Been making this ceiling list with the spots to winter preserve my Hibiscus I usually have outside on my balcony. Very amazed I got this far with it but with baby steps and lots of bird oil everything seems possible! Now I will rest from it a few days and continue with the remaining 15m of list to build and put up. I got a very stable folding ladder I use btw... :cheesygrinsmiley:

I have to say bowers and wilkins are the most emotively translating speakers I've had the pleasure of hearing. You sir are a lucky man if that's what I see in your pic!

Never heard them or of them ;)

This is my Cerwin Vega family, designed and manufactured in Shed county. The front speakers are 10" woofers and the twin sub is 12". The front speakers are driven by the Pioneer amp and the sub with an mosfet car amplifier with 1,6kW. For me this is the ultimate combination sofar. Been scavenging parts for this setup as long as for the growing department 15+ years. Would like to get the legendary AL-1000 Cw's as fronts but then I need another amp for them as well. Don't think my neighbors would appreciate such an investment.... Lol.

You got any setup Otter?

Cerwin Vega are very nice! B&W originate in England. I do. I collected some 70's stuff and built a, what I think is a first class speaker system. My main amp is an Accuphase E-202. A Japanese built 100 watt/channel amp using the Kenwood as a template of sorts. Kensington labs was their facility. It weighs enough to re injure sheds hernia just thinking about moving it. I split the pre amped signal to a B&W 200 watts/ch amp to my 2 subs that are just stupidly engineered and built. Unless you are a sound tech I won't go into verbal details but I designed every bit of technology I could find into these babies. They run 12 inch NHT drivers. The other speakers are all different. 2 pair of monitors I like to listen to everything but rock on, and a pair of tall mid, tweet, mids for rock. Nikko, Nad, Kenwood, old school amps. All yard sale and landfill amps! One bequeathed from a fallen friend.
Of course I have it mostly stored today. I will enjoy this rig again soon and when I do I'll show you a pic or 10.

Ah now the coin dropped on me! Of course I have both heard and heard of B&W. Lol

You sound like you love your old school hifis, cant get enough of that stuff either. I never got in to more depth of the stuff but I built a few boxes in my days as well so using woofer data to build a sub I can do. :)

Would be amazing to hear that setup you got stored away and I hope U will some day soon. I love to feel my music listen to most things out there and can find enjoyment in almost all types there is. It helps me with my pain and my ringing nerve pain. Now you got me looking at NAD 218 THX :cheesygrinsmiley:

One day my friend, one day. Just as an example. Jurassic Park has scenes where dinos come running. When that happens you can hear the pictures on the walls rattle before the sound is up in our hearing zone. It's a feel for sure. I made them to go down to 18 hz but haven't tested them. It's close enough. That 218 looks like the one! Mine are 2200's 1985-89

Yeah and your pants start to flutter like a hurricane went by and still no sound :cheesygrinsmiley: but when you shit your pants u know u hit the brown tone frequency range.

Love it Otter! Would love to hear that thing come to life! :)

Yeah that NAD amp has been a dream, the optimal for AL-1000 is one for each speaker but then were talking serious cash for just the fronts.

:blunt:

Sanitation! This time I didn't see one single Thrip! But they got their soap/sponge bath with Dr.Doolittle Soap... Gave Orinoco some more haircut, getting somewhere with her now. She is getting sticky to handle already, the smell really reminds of the Castile soap. This was before spray so I know I haven't fool myself. HP also smells wounder full now and it will be exciting to try her out later this week, drying goes perfect in new dryer box.

Topping of Spliff B. was very successful got four almost the same height new tops! :meatballs:

Haha, Ms Otter gets messed up in the head when cool sounding movie things go on like that. It's no wonder it's all away. It needs its own room. One day. Good sounding equipment costs too much. The Accuphase I got at the landfill and troubleshot the problem to two power transistors and a diode. I called the only repair facility in the u.s. 3000 miles away to get them. I was told they were made special for them and if they were to sell to me it would compromise the company's name because I wasn't able to give it a final tweek after everything was up and running to bring everything into speck.
So I sent it to them and had them upgrade all the caps in the sound flow and make the repair. I can't wait to hear it again!

Now that is a true love story Otter! Wish you the best with that amp, you put your hart and soul in to saving it! I like doing stuff like that, at my parents place I got lots of amps, equalizers even an old Phonic DJ mixer from late 80s early 90s. Wish I can take over that place some day and evolve all my hobbies and keep saving good Hifi for our next generations to come can see what great stuff they made back in the days. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Started yet another day with this Bird oil! Great stuff, don't know if I'm more affected by that or Borderlands 3... why the hell don't they release the first DLC which I already paid for...

Today I weighed up the pre harvest from HP. Smells wonderful and I will test it out tonight, drying was perfect and will now go in a jar in the fridge even saved the trimmings this time! I'm going to try making my own power oil! :)
