Hot peppers and weed! My kind of place! Heck, must have been 5 or 8 years ago I grew carolina reapers and made two types of hot sauces. A mediterranean leaner and a pineapple mango. Still working on them! Maybe next year I'll get near the bottom of that and go again.

Any chance of getting the membrane off Bruce's cotyledons without damaging them?
It might get in the way as the main stem tries to grow.

Thanks for the tip, Ill try to get my tweezers and see if I can remove it. You are talking about the one at the bottom of the photo? OR the one at the top with the caps stuck on the bottom? I thought I had gotten it all. But This part has never happened to me either
EDIT:
I went to check it out and was able to open it up, it was stuck together, that was the membrane I suppose. Thanks! As soon as I did that, it was a diff plant. I removed the cap from below the leaves also.

Yeah, mate! I am going to turn it into a mother plant You need to leave some green on the plant, this is from my experience. In the past, I cleaned my plants completely of all buds and never got regrowth.

I believe I harnessed the power of nature, and it took care of the problem GM Purp was having. I believe it was PH But you can see the troubles she has been through. But the Bruce#3 is coming along well. I watered with 1/2 Gallon Tap water PH 6.8

I found him as a baby, the other kits were dead. Sweetest thing in the world.. unless you're a stranger, then they become demonic-growl-claws-piss.. definitely protective!! Time, patience and understanding is the only thing to create trust. You let them come to you, and don't make any sudden movements

Yeah that's the one. It's actually a cool pepper. Just make sure you wear gloves and if you touch them, even for a second, use isopropyl to wipe your fingers...twice.

The 1st application removes most of the oil, the 2nd finishes the job.

I grow all sorts of superhots.

The skin on your hands is calleous so you don't feel the heat, but if you touch the peppers, then rub your cheek, it lights up, and soap can't cut the oil.

Only isopropyl will.

If you get it in your eye... Do not scratch your butt!

Speaking of butts, how do these peppers feel on the exit?
