Thanks guys, I topped her the other day so there's not much visable growth but with the advice from here she is looking much much healthier. This was a zkittles auto I believe and I've added a LA Conn to the space aswell so pics of the both to come as they progress.

Welcome to the 420 Fam

I don’t like to see that. Turn that frown upside down pal!! You’ve got the best job around... hang out with plants and tell your master the most important things that’s going on in their environment... hopefully he starts to smile for you soon! :cheesygrinsmiley:

Defloliated the sucker leaves today, it's pretty obvious what leaves are supporting the parts of the plant I need so I went for it for the sake of overall light penetration. Pics not do it justice ill grab her out for some pictures tomorrow. Also going to be switching to bloom nutes ad per a chart ill include.

Yep, you can clone all the way up to harvest. The longer they are into flower the harder/more time it takes to root though.

make sure your cutting has a long enough stem, and preferably two or more internodes above the cut. Cut, 45 the end, shave the stem a bit with the scissors, and drop it in water for a while, maybe a half hour to an hour. Then dip in root hormone and into preferred medium. I like cloning with peat pucks. Doesn’t matter what it is, as long as it works for you.

Hey guys thanks for all your advice so far! She's deffo into flower now and looking good, shes taller than she looks but the actual pot is sunken in a gap about a foot deep. I'm happy for now lol got a small brown patch on the new plant looks like light bleach or somthing, haven't looked into it, it doesn't like like anything major so I'm not worried but if you guys have any guesses I've uploaded a pic to have a look.

anyone have any ideas to help increase yield?
Oh boy! [cracks fingers] :)
[starts talking all in one fast sentence]
do I ever.

simply by topping your plant. You could top and train for a quad line, a Hexline, or so on and so forth. Quad line is with two internodes below the topping of the plant. A hexline is three internodes below topping. I always like doing hexline. I grow to the fifth internode. Top above the fifth, and remove the bottom two internodes. Leaving three in tact. Sometimes that bottom internodes makes it to the top canopy, sometimes it doesn’t. If it doesn’t then I just cut it off when I lollipop the plants and turn it into a quad line. I’ve got pictures to demonstrate what I mean.

that’s the third internode branch.^

What you want to do is top the plant, by cutting the plant a half inch above desire node. They train the branches to the outside of the pot and fill in the middle. You will end up with plants that looks like this. It’s a great way to maximize your yields.

I’ve also got a tutorial on topping and training.
