When you are referring to measuring are you talking about measuring nutrients milliliters or what kind of measurement are you talking about I'm able to help you in a low Technology Way I can also teach you how to do this without having to worry about parts per million or TDS all you have to do is let me know when you find something that you want me to run you completely through day by day and I have no problem doing that
lol I have been spraying mine once a day...just a lil not drowning it...I've heard about spraying with nutes but something else I'm researching ....like if watering with nutes and spraying with nutes learning how much is too much and all that info
My whole thing is getting feeding/watering timing just right...everybody waters and feeds differently ....as of now when I feed I use 1/4 strength of nutes per gallon of water and give her that gallon...I haven't fed since I did the transplant on the 17th...I did feed her on the 28th...I waited 3 days after the peroxide treatment like u said
As for the nutrient thing yes it really does depend on the person and it gets really even more messed up depending on what you are using somebody that is using cocoa and gives advice to somebody that is using soil can screw everything up so yes finding your own feeding schedule is what you need to do but before you can do that you need to find out exactly what is in your soil nutrient wise don't want to give it anything it does not need most people that use soil feed every 3 Days To a week if I was doing this and I was standing with you I would have you water with food at 10% to 25% of recommended dose until your plant tells you it either once more or once less
I have a milliliter syringe that I can send you that will help you measure your nutrients to the appropriate level without you over measuring and worrying about burning I don't know if this would help you any but I can do it along with your new little friend that I will be sending here soon if you know what I mean
I do have a syringe I use to measure....I wish I knew exactly what was in the soil ...it don't say like 10-10-10...it's a huge local company here all made on site soils....what's really eating me even tho you've told me some things is when I get leaves showing things and not knowing what it is...does it need more of this or is it getting too much of that....it seems healthy I mean she wants to grow ...I keep adjusting the tie downs every other day to keep her kinda flat top and they shoot straight up quick
When I am researching things I do search for those using soil but then again there's so many different soils and I know there's nobody using my soil unless they live in my state...I doubt they are nation wide ....so that bites me too
Not knowing what the NPK of your soil is makes it hard to differentiate whether it is heavy toxicity or deficiency problems this makes it very difficult because on the other hand you don't know what else is getting at all this is the reason that I prefer Coco yes Coco is not all that cheat but even if you go get an organic natural material that doesn't have any nutritional benefit whatsoever like the Jiffy seed starting mix has no nutrition in it which means your plant will only get what you give it which means you know whether it's too much or too little at that point in time
We were talking about topping and training techniques earlier when someone asked me a question so I went into my room and grabbed two really good examples of two plants that have never been topped are not that tall and are older than you would think and it's because I have bent them almost entirely around the pot and now they are a bush not a weed
Even with a very thick stem in a plant that is very stocky it is very easy to do we call it the bending game every so often I will walk up and I will bend it over to the position that I wanted in not real hard very gently and then a couple hours later I will come in and do it again and this time it will let me push it that far so I will push it just a teeny bit further over a couple days it will let you bend it and once you bend it over you have no problem taking it and tying and going around the pot as it tries to grow taller but if your plant is already naturally bushy this is not a problem this is a good thing unfortunately the one in the red bucket is a pure ruderal and does not get very big the other one is a pre 98 Bubba Kush in it is so sick at the stems because of the compact buds that it has to carry it needs to be able to support that way by bending these stems is much as you think you're doing damage over time you're actually making them stronger kind of like breaking your arm and letting it heal other than you're not fully breaking the branch you're teaching it to bend and heal
I wonder if that's why mine are thick cause of the training...I'm hesitant and the super cropping bending without breaking thing...I think I've done ok so far imo ....I prob will too a couple when the clones take off
Okay when it comes to super cropping this is very simple if you do exactly what I explain instead of using your nails like you were going to pinch off the branch you are going to use your fingertips and slowly and softly squeeze in until you feel the inside Area Crush these are the little cells that carry the energy and sugar back and forth so you are doing no real damage to the plant because all you're doing is crushing the cells the outside exterior walls of the branch are not damaged they will repair their self and so will the cells so once you feel it claps you can take it and vend it into your preferred position even if you need to use a twisty tie or a pipe cleaner to hold it in the position if you want it into until it heals but this is a great way to work with plants especially ones that you know get bigger than you really want them to be I hope I made super cropping a little simpler for you
Yep yep....thanx....I do wanna try different styles...hell if things get outta control I can use the whole bedroom I have them in now ...right now they are in the closet of that room...I just don't wanna have to much wasted light using the whole bedroom...that's why I'm in the process of sectioning it
I got one for ya....revegging after harvest...I'm following another thread on here that he's doing it but not too much detail on how and all that...what's your thought imhigh
As for revegging I do not suggest this because you put your plant through a lot of stress and the next time you run it it is a lot higher percentage chance that it will hermaphrodite during its flowering cycle this is not a for sure thing but I have seen it happen on multiple different occasions but I am not telling you not to do it either it works for some people but it is very high stress on the plant
My personal experience with re vegging/rooting from flower taught me not to waste my time with it. The girls are five weeks in, had four doses of flower nutes and are now starting flushing. They really seem to like this.
