The way to make it safe for ladybugs after using an insecticide or anything like that is to go back afterwards for 3 or 4 days with just plain water that way it starts to wash the stuff away before putting the ladybug in reason for this is ladybugs drink moisture off of the leaves and eat the little bugs if you spray the bugs and they heat the bugs it's going to harm your ladybugs so just remember to use a plain Water Rinse spray before going to ladybugs even soap and water will work
