Hiya. You have to remind me what other veggies & trees you have, i'm cooking jams & jellies at the moment (i'm making apple pie jam & carrot cake jam, can't wait to taste them, also something apricot & something blueberry). I still need to send ya some recipes, jams are great with extra fruit...✌
 
Got to love the blackberries they keep the Bears coming around so I can watch them the coyotes seem to like them and they make a great snack for me when working outside in the summer

Fuck that lol...i'm deathly afraid of bears.... we don't have any down here where I am but we do got some coyots... nothing quite like sitting down in the shade on a hot day an eatin a couple handfuls of fresh blackberries straight off the vine .
 
I have never met a mean bear in my life if the bear has a choice it will leave as long as you give it the chance in my life if the bear has a choice it will leave is long as you give it to chance

Here is my first go at taking clones....I took them about a month ago.... their doin really good....

It will take a couple days for it to start taking effect when it comes to nutrients there are three different type mobile semi mobile and in Mobile nutrients so depending on the nutrient will be how long it takes to recover nitrogen being in Mobile it's one that will not be able to repair itself you will be watching the new growth instead of the old growth and when it comes to first rose you can ask anyone if it can go wrong it will go wrong and don't think you are except in from getting bugs everybody will get them in the end
 
Rapid rooter plugs an clonex.... first set I misted em a couple times a day and it seemed like it took them forever to root but the second time I did it had to go out of town two days after I cut it so i wasnt able mist them and it took to pretty quick
 
When it comes to cloning I am always misting mine but then again I use foliage spray made by Botanicare they're pure blend tea it's very powerful for being store bought everybody seems to love it but the reason I do this is when you cut your clone off of the plant the only energy it has to use is the energy stored in its leaves because it does not have any roots to feed with by feeding through the leaves it saves them from burning up the stored energy that they have the reason yours took root the way they did since the reason that mine did the same thing while I was in the hospital once it started to run out of water and it realize there was no moisture coming for it it had to start pushing out route in order to survive it is the plants instinct to do everything it can to survive these little plants are funny

Should I trim out the old leaves as new ones come in

That was the exact thought that I had as to why the second set rooted so quickly because they knew they weren't getting any water from the leaves so they had to push out roots really quick
 
I don't take them all until they are pretty much all the way dead the more energy they have the better off they are when the leaves at the bottom become obsolete it will shut down the sugar going to the leaves and slowly let them go so I normally just let Mother Nature do its thing the only time I go removing stuff off of the plant is about five weeks into flowering across the bottom of my plant picking off any buds that are going to be immature more leaf and not compact I don't take them all just doing it so the plant can take the energy that it would have been putting into those and put it into the larger more compact buds the little immature buds of no good to me
 
That is why it did it in the search for water just make sure if you use it for a cloning technique you are very careful because it is walking a fine line in between to dry and a has too much water

I hear ya on that...the rh in my box stays above 60 so there's a good bit of moisture in there
