I told you I thought it was from light stress the intensity of the light is too strong your bud if you back it up you may be able to save the buds and buy back it up I mean really back it up that is a massive light
When I first got started years ago I let everybody else make the mistakes for me and by this I mean I stopped and I went looking for the most common and the most uncommon mistakes and how to fix it and what can stop it
The light is all the way up like u said too...so if the light was too much on the 1 plant at 50% power will it be too much on 8 plants at 100%...all 1000w
I agree it was prob too close but again I was going off the interweb and seeing people's plants almost touching the light...by time I caught it honestly I didn't know why it was doing that and it was too late I guess but I'm learning...hopefully she still smokes good
The first thing you should do when you start getting a plants at size it start pruning them daily this keeps them back and make them stay back as for growing above your lights I use a technique called Monster cropping you squeeze the stem where you wanted to break and when you softly Feel It Crush take your fingers and bend it to the side like super cropping if you have to use a twisty tie to attach it to another one to give it extra support and keep them from moving back
after you fix your light tight and you get it to where it needs to be your plant can recuperate from the bleaching it will actually spend some time trying to fix the bleach cells forcing them to turn green and yellow again it takes a minute but by time you are done doing your flushing two weeks from when you start she should be good back the light way the hell off
I'm glad you enjoyed the thread I have a few others I have not been as active on here as I normally am because I am opening a new store and kicking myself in the ass at the same time but if you have any questions or need any help let me know it may take me a day or two but I will get back to you as soon as I can
You will be fine running that as long as you listen to me when I say start your light as far away from them as you can and start bringing it closer to them until you have to stop the plant will do that stretching as you do your lowering and if you need to move back up you have that space at that time I always suggest keeping thousand watt high pressure sodium lights 40 inch or more away from my crop I will run you through this one just like I ran you through the last one just make sure when I tell you the intensity is too high back it up I know you can't take it under 50% but the distance away from your plant also helps when you can't change it any lower this is my opinion do not text me when you found the bleaching I have little tricks that will help It Fade Out dammit
If you start your light off at the top when you start them in flowering and bring it down to them it will work perfectly because in this case the overlapping leaves or actually shading each other creating a cool buffering Zone in between the plant
When I noticed it U was on vacation lol but had help from your better half..we thought was something else but I didn't mention the light distance so we misdiagnosed it..no worries...I'll start the light from very top this time...no didn't chop her...was gonna start flush today but didn't wanna waste half gallon of nutes so gave her all that today and start flush maybe tomorrow or Monday...let her dry up a bit would be better huh?
I been training the new ones to stay low since day one...they seem to be about same height as Mom was when I put her in flower...I hope not to do this on this round but it's gonna take errors and corrections ...the light is at top of the room now...I could maybe get few more inches...I might have to do the monster cropping if gets this way again
The pictures I just posted I would like you to take a real close look at and let me know what you see my hand is working what I want you to see in two of them and the other one is quite obvious it's the first one
