LMAO Cloning For Dummies

I take the plants in and out of my tents that way I can water them easily check them go over them for Dead Leaves and then put them back in a different spot so they can rotate but I do not like technology that much so I prefer to do it by hand even in the greenhouse I move them by hand

How about a lazy Susan?

I have to agree with Imhigh85 on this one. At least once a week I like to give each of the plants I'm growing a good once over to make sure there are no hidden problems. And rotating once a week has to be a good thing. However, I only have two smaller plants so it's no bother.

I have domes but I rarely use them most of the time if I have a plant that needs to be put in a humidity Dome I will just put a clear cup over the top of it every few hours lifting it taking it all trying to let it get adjusted and I ran out of plants to clone today and had to go back to the clones that I already took cut them in half and clone them again so one clone got cut into three pieces to make three clones

Well the whole purpose of this thread was to do it the easy and kinda natural way...so I figured why not just start them in the same environment they will be living in...and before I joined this thread I read a lot of bad things about people having problems with the domes and the clones not making it once introduced to life outside the dome so I'm trying to keep it stupid simple and it worked the last time

I only have the one plant but i damn sire don't pull her out of the tent. I give her a good check out every week when i change her water but she only moves the few inches needed to slide her tank lod open. I mean damn would you wanna pick her up any more than necessary? Shes heavy

She's getting Big and nice....this 1 clone I took off this poly strain is weird...the mom did it on 1 branch but the main stalk of this clone did it so idk what she's gonna do in flower lol...just bends itself over at the top and seems to stop itself idk

I do all my clones in the open almost very few do I do in a dome and its particular strains that are a pain in the ass to clone that I put in Dome most of the time when people have problems with their clones dying after exposed to the air it's due to bacteria engaging with a plant that has never been in an environment with bacteria of that nature keeping it simple stupid is what this thread is about don't need a whole lot of money to do the job well don't need a whole lot of experience to do the job well just need a lot of patience

Yea I'm sure they may help root faster and blah blah blah but so far so good...both my rooms are 71 with lights on...it's 35 outside and snowing ...how cold it too cold for these plants

45 degrees is low for a cannabis plant but there is one fact to take into consideration the plant can take degrees lower than freezing as long as Frost does not form on the leaves Frost is what does the damage to the cells freezing the cells with water in them causing them to explode same concept as us getting frostbite and I was not meaning anything bad about the comment above I was giving you props for doing them in the open I do it because I believe that it gives them a better chance at survival I'm not going to be the Clone I never do as you know

O no I didn't take it bad...no worries...just seems with this new hood it's staying much cooler which is good I guess...like 73-76 with lights on and idk maybe 65-67 lights off...the clones are open to the main room but they're staying a lil above room temp being under the lights

With your grow room staying that cool it will actually increase your resin production due to the fact that there is going to be almost no evaporation low heat low humidity your plants will be just fine if not happy and it is much cooler with the air cooled light running through there that is the reason I tried to get you to buy it air-cooled is a lot better than a reflective Hood
