LMAO Cloning For Dummies

Yea I noticed that with the nutes too so I shake em good now...noticed it when adding the tea it looked not as dark one time and yea now I shake em up good...still need to calibrate my tds and ph meters...I still don't know what I'm looking for as far as ppm and what it means really

I use the test kit with drops just gotta keep it yellow like tinting paint, too much on the blue side ph down, too much on the red side ph up. My new little grow was a tad high so I add 1ml at a time ph down let it circulate a while and checked it. I repeated this four times 1 ml at a time till the test became a nice pee yellow. Which is about 6.0 which allows the plant to flucuate between 5.5 and 6.5 which increases the uptake in the plant. Sounds like 6.0 ph turns on the pump to me. As for tds the meter is basically an ohm meter it gets its reading from the salts present and I saw no mention of calibration. I just started this hydro thing so I am still trying to find a mechanics explaination of the tds thing but I think I'm getting closer.

Your TDS meter is total dissolved solids this is any nutrient or solid that has been dissolved small enough to make it through filters and pass through this is how your plants can actually live on just regular plain water these nutrients that are found in your water are actually what's feeding the plant

I use 3-5 gallon per plant and change my water once a week. I use the blue cap spring water from walmart (tests at 6.0 ph from bottle and in a week im usually still in the 6.0 range

I smoke CBD strain bud to reduce stress and anxiety. Lots of that available here in Oregon. CBD oil is spendy, and many sell what is really hemp seed oil, and that ain't the same thing.

Has this thread turned into a hydroponics thread?
