LMAO Cloning For Dummies

I like my clones to be like 4-6" long but initially I wasn't taking enough off but after being directed by Pennywise and BedroomFarmer and another member or two (if memory serves me correct, which is rare, imhigh85 also) we do it this way and bam! I gotta take some root pics for ya

There are different types of clones that you can take you can take a regular clone which is 3 to 7 inches a single branch or you can take a advanced clone which holds lots of leaves and more than one branch and you can take those anywhere from 6 to 12 inches long

Imhigh85....here's some pics u asked for not sure exactly what u want

It's like a cluster fu** in there...it's so short and bushy...and with me training it

Who's training whom? I see the pipe cleaners hooked to the branches but they don't appear to be bent over. You need to attach it a short ways down the branch from the top. Not right up near the top. They really are pretty flexible. First plant I trained (trust me is was a very short while ago) and I decided I needed to see just how far it would bend without breaking. I stopped when the branch touched the side of the pot. The further you can get them to bend the more you're opening up the canopy to allow more branches to shoot up through the center.

Bee at that point you might as well just go ahead and start super cropping if you're going to bend them that far they stay in place better and you do not have to use pipe cleaners or did my supercropping go over your head

907 you train for a sea of green by attaching to the top and keeping it flat that way when it goes into stretch all of them become colas some people spread them out in order to make them bushier some people do not have the height in order to be able to do them other ways

I'm just trying something new I've never done to basically see what happens and how to do it...I don't really care about height....once I seen how she was growing I just figured I'd help the with getting light wherever I could...I bent main stalk over like flat and been keeping all others flat to help with light cause she was so bushy...I'm just trying to keep a flat top and see what happens lol

The stalk got so thick so fast...I mean within lil over a week I didn't wanna break it so I did start late now just trying to keep up with all these damn branches and leaves....this poly is really outta control

No my friend. I understand super cropping and have been studying up on it quite a bit. Since I only have those two photo period plants to play with and I nearly killed the one dropping it off the deck, tearing off one of it's main limbs, and rolling it over on top of itself in my gardening cart I don't do much to that poor girl. I'm thinking mystery plant #3 might see some super cropping when it becomes a she and not a he.

If I bend my branches to the pot it will do the same thing that supercropping will do it pinches off and allows it to turn in another Direction strengthening up the joint like a broken arm it hurts the plant but works very well for supporting huge heavy buds

Where my stems come off they look like a big ass knuckle or a knot...this plant is something I've never heard of so I'm still like wtf is this and why is it doing this

That is what makes each strain unique none of them replicate the others every strain is going to look different at different and deal with each Training Method differently I do not have to label my plants anymore because by looking at the leaves I can tell which ones are which
