Can anyone tell me the best lighting schedule for an Northern Lights autoflower?

Not sure there 17 hrs to 20hrs through the entire grow.... Whats the yield genetics on your autoflower and be careful not to stunt there growth , cause i know you will remove some fans ,... When you remove some of the fans,,, no cloning,,,,, no fan removal means a happy autoflower that dies in 14 weeks,,,

I'm a newbie so don't quote me but I think the CFL lights will run you cheaper on your electric bill if you leave them on because CFL lights take a 30 second energy surge every time you turn them on

seems like it may not be worth it to save a little money. chance of herms is too high
